alright hello everyone this is I know a long awaited video for some of you first I'd like to mention that if this is the first time you watch a video on my channel I want to tell you that this is not a cooking channel alright and second of all well my wife does not have any specific calculations to the things that she puts in it's pretty much all in her head but we'll try and do our best to let you know what you need now the first thing you're going to need obviously is rice that's already been cooked there's about a cup and a half and here and you need to warm it up a little bit in the microwave you're going to need some pepper fish oil or fish sauce very important soy sauce some oil could be that vegetable oil not olive oil and the ingredients this is what all half a cup of them have a cup of onions carrots green peppers and red peppers and what's this green onions mm-hmm okay now what you need to do is this seems like it looks like I'm doing all the work here you need to put some oil there's already a little bit of oil in the pan and heat it up till it becomes pretty hot and then I'll just let Josie take over all right

we'll start with the onions I'm going to put up that buckle when you're going to hopefully walk or just a normal pan if you want to don't have a wok but I like what we do you

and I'll add carrots you can cook your rice in advance like maybe two days ahead or they ahead and then you can just put it in the fridge ah personally I like to cook my fried rice with the left over rice rather than the fresh professional one that I just put is there a specific type of rice that you use ah you can use any type of rice but mine my personal favorite is a scented jasmine or basmati rice bowl and a pepper Reed and red pepper instead of eating just a normal rice you can just put some color just like that turn up the heat on it what's the heat at Oh more than that little over medium yeah when you're walking with the when you're cooking with the wall you can turn it up a little bit now the reason I wanted to cook with peanut oil or or canola oil or even vegetable oil because it's okay with the heat that I usually cook with a very high meat when I use my walk that's why I don't use olive oil but I'm a big fan of olive oil actions the shallots here or the green onions will add it at the last minute it's just a little decoration okay now I would like to add some pepper to that you can put some more pepper if you want and then we'll add some fish sauce fish sauce the very Asian

the sticks there in the vegetable now in the best on you if you like your vegetables fine sheet then you could add a right you're right right away but if you mind the blood giving something look it a little bit longer if you don't like to the country I like it just okay about like that look at that color to get to your right instead of plain right of course you can explain rice you like this plain rice it depends on the side dish and how creamy and tasty your side dishes then you can have a play right so what I'll do now is add my soy sauce a little bit at a time you can also use like soya sauce if you want as more now you don't need to put salt to the top of your phone I love that no-good hungry a little bit more just about cover the white stuff so it's pretty simple like mmm it's not that complicated at all you know instead of you think that's leftover fried rice let left over right after putting them in the fridge just like you know yeah but you should actually turn it into a finite it's like so that's not ready I'm gonna throw in my shallot or green onions and that just gives and us ready Falls Wow pretty simple by the way guys the secret ingredient in this is the fish sauce can you give me that bottle please again just make sure you got fish sauce makes all the difference all right so that's about it for this one enjoy
