hello my friends today we're taking two of the forest monks and for friends who have never been through the ice into the water and we thought you might want to come along and watch our adventure I'm not going to show you the talk that I give to people but if you've seen some of the other ice immersion videos you know that I'm going to be talking about cold shock and trying to relax into that response everybody has a different individual response when they go through into icy water and it's fun just to see what happens so here we go keep going hi so a nice sized hot tub [Applause]

okay Wow okay

there was something I could not catch my breath it's really hard Dustin's right there how do you feel great you feel hot yeah your hands yeah okay like take away your first ice yeah it was worse than I thought it was gonna be really yeah I thought I could do a little better now no yeah what you stayed in there forever just relaxation I think like Julia said it's just kind of breathing and kind of surrendering to the cold it's just coal nobody dies you know I was really anticipating it as I got closer I got really nervous and scared and I think just dropping down into the water at that oh my gosh I'm doing this and I could not breathe I just I couldn't my mind just was nerves yeah letting me for a little bit okay I've got give you well it was great you liked it I did really yeah even though it was that I would hope I could do it again and no I really I would do it again but I really need to learn how to breathe huh thank you for watching if you've been doing any cold conditioning cold showers ice baths
