Chick On Stick (Bushcraft) Chicken over Campfire
Description
I turn the chicken every 10 - 15 minutes.
It is very effective for keeping the juice inside the meat.
It took approx 4 hours to cook the chicken.
You can do it alot faster if you place the chick closer to the fire.
Using a reflector is not to be underestimated.
