Oh welcome back guys to another episode in the attempting to learn bushcraft Slough series so yeah we're out here again today I'm going to try to make a raised bed or a couch or a bench hood or whatever you want to call it inside the shelter so I don't have to sit on the ground when I'm up here I have my cheer doe but some lazy guy is going to be nice to lay down to nice to relax manage now it shouldn't be a shouldn't be too advanced to make that I guess the hard work is going to be getting all the all the poles and stuff for making it so let's get to work guys that's good is I've got eight of these sticks about 25 30 centimeters long I'm going to sharpen them I'm going to pound them into the ground to keep the logs from sliding around on the raised bed and I don't really have to be so sharp they're going in the ground they're not for killing vampires since the ground is not completely level I'm going to use this something like this under the logs but a little not unit to to make the bed as flat as possible the ground in there is a little bit bumpy and it's better I'm going to need a bigger one back there I see okay let's find one bigger log so I just did the same they're like near an auction this little log under and got it level okay so here is where the stakes come into play and a pound one pound one in on each side of this bolt keep it from sliding around that is better this isn't going anywhere weights go on there I'm just going to keep on cutting sticks in this diameter and length till I fill up all of this it's going to take a while so I might not finish tonight it's like a seven thirty now and I have a haven't in dinner yet and so I starting to get hungry though and I have a work day tomorrow so yeah but if I don't finish tonight it's no big deal I'm just going to head out another day this project is supposed to be fun and not stressful so I'm not in a hurry we got a start encased on the raised bed we start it's almost finished well it's getting so late now I have to leave and head for home for head out another day finish this finish the video yeah certainly look like home guys starting I'd like to look at this camp so I'm back out here I want to finish up the race bed and the final rail is the fine rain they stopped here the rain rains quickly stop so grab my gear and hiked out to my little camp hope it doesn't start raining again before I'm finished because I have no camera bag but I'm going to get about in the butcher now find the rest of the materials I need and try putting it together so thanks for staying in there thanks for thanks for tagging along and let's get this finished

even though the race that is kind of the the easiest project I think it was by far the most work to the water cutting and a lot of walking around in the woods trying to find trees they are not all crooked take this will do it two more okay it's finished try it out not that actually got some spring to it you just put my sleeping pad on top her this would be worked out perfect and surprise

and lacks in the woods oh pretty pleased with that actually so good
