hello my name is Martin welcome to my channel

this is the first time I ever try to do something on YouTube so this fits a bit with awkward but I probably get used it after a while hope this area is where I grew up

it's a place in Norway called odd mark I don't live here anymore I live in the nearest town not too far from here this this place I'm sitting right now it's about 45 minutes drive from from my home and I think this is one of the best places to be middle of the Norwegian woods when I was a little boy me and a couple of my friends used to be out in the woods all the time building small shelters making some buyers doing all stuff that kids do in the forests I think that was a perfect way to grow up when I'm doing a little bit older I had move little bit and then live in different places in Norway a couple of years all sorts in university up in in the room sir I live in the capital you know slow for two years and now I decided I'm moving back to Houghton I really miss this I really miss this force it's it's kind of where I belong it's my home home place so what I hope to do is to spend a little bit more time out there camping hiking go on some fishing trips and I also want to try to bring my camera and see if if I can post some of this experiences and share them with everyone on YouTube because I think this is it's worth it's worth sharing and if I hopefully I can inspire some other people to go up and try to do some more outdoor activities cause I believe it's it's good for the health both physical and mental part of the head as I said I live in Norway in the north of Europe in Scandinavia close to Sweden in the Eastern southeastern part of Norway

so I guess my videos from this channel will be from this area with focus on my culture the nature I have around me when I watch other people on the YouTube I really like yeah like to see when people talk about what's in their area because food is really diverse it's a big place and I brought this didn't globe Globus show you

this pink country there's more way and as you can see it is really close to the North Pole

so in this area we have some cold winters but we're a little bit lucky because of the Atlantic currents even though we are you can see as far north as north of Alaska we don't get the same cold weather as we do of their luckiest the winters go down to maybe like yeah minus 30 Celsius and it's almost like this the warmest days maybe go up to like 37 degrees Celsius plus and therefore four seasons I really really like that I was traveling

traveling for a year in Australia and I really missed the winter and the four seasons I've been thinking about this video thing for a little while now and I was trying to film out house how to do them do the videos since I'm posting on YouTube

I guess English is kind of the native language of YouTube so I try to stick to that since this is the first actual video I post on my my channel I want to make it like an Short Introduction

you want to come in this channel what I won't want to make videos about and why I guess the main reason for me to do this so I can have a reason to go out and earn stuff I have some little bit of commitment spend more time I do actually spend a lot of time in the nature but I hope that this will actually make me spend even more time when I try to share it I have quite a few ideas about things I want to make videos about and it's going to be about camping me doing trips and some hiking short organizers maybe stay out for some several days make some videos about that I also about this goosh crafting out to make stuff we do stuff with things that exist in the nature I really really like that idea it's it's part of the history of this whole world but also of this this part of the world how people came here after the last ice age and lived on this land it's fascinating but I don't think we we know how to do that anymore so hopefully

by doing these videos and doing my little bit of research maybe I get a little bit closer maybe I'll also make some videos about my thoughts on survival and little bits off like that's I'm really no expert on and that things and all those things but Sula I have some thoughts on it maybe I'll share them I hope I can make some some videos on food camping food bush foods all that kind of things maybe a little bit about hunting and fishing in this areas I also really want to make some videos about the history of the people that lived in this in this lands all the way maybe from the Stone Age to the working era these people really need out how to use the resources in in the nature around it I want to do some research hopefully I learn something I'm no expert by any means I know a little bit about camping and how to enjoy spending time in nature I really really want to learn more as I see on many of this booth craft survival channels on

on YouTube I see a lot of Goering use and stuff about the equipment and the tools to be out in you can use whenever out in the forest I think that's that's kind of interesting but I hope this is that's not going to be the lamb the main focus of my videos but I do a little bit about it because I absolutely have a little bit again and maybe it can help some of you share my experiences with it and mainly what I want to do is to make make the videos I like to see myself because everyone's different and I guess I am too I'm different I try to to make these videos as nice as I can I have a camera on the microphone and tripods computer I guess it's pretty much what what everyone has but making this making videos and I try to learn a little bit more about how to make the videos look nice and who I can present this information and experiences that I want to try to capture so hopefully I can manage to make some videos with some value and some content that's actually worth while spending time watching I hope so at least is my my goal that was a little bit about me and my plans for this channel I hope that came out alright I have to say this is really awkward sitting here in the middle of the forest
