Homemade Fire Piston Demo

Description

A simple but effective homemade fire piston. I've made this one with a few different ideas that make it more useful to me. It's made from a 6 inch X 1/4 inch copper nipple pipe with a steel rod for the piston. For a piston handle I mounted an aluminum vial to keep my "fuel" in safe, dry and handy. On th ebusiness end of the piston I put the "fuel" reservoir through the side rather than on the end like is so common. That makes ember extraction much easier.
