The Survival Russia Channel is about "The Reality Of Survival". I live on a Homestead in far away Russian wild nature. Here is no room for "TV" Survival.

Only Reality counts here. Survival Russia promotes the philosophy of always carrying equipment and never to be parted from equipment which will affect chances of Survival.

So did the old timers and pioneers of both the East and the West.

hello guys welcome to survival Russia today we're gonna make some some food because we are in the deep forest hunting cabin or DeForest wilderness Kevin whatever you can call it and I have hauled in some foods just to prepare it here it is not very what you can say wait a and space-efficient to bring this this is a classic Russian piece called Sally Anka but basically this dish soup Sri Lanka is this kind of soups that you can with just a lot of variations of you can see some make them with fish some they make it with a lemon as well some to nod and blah blah blah anyway this is really tasty and really awesome so what we have here is black pitted olives we have some Cornish on some cucumbers this is the smallest jar I could get so it doesn't have to be the small ones it's better with the big ones you have some tomato paste there have some meat spice to onions some pepper and some salted and smoked bacon we're going to cut up right now set we're gonna need some bacon kind of a thing take a rather good piece good with a list of here this is going to be made with authentic semi thirty Woodman's fingers but a clean life what we gonna do is we're going to cut up the bacon we're going to chop up the onions and this we're going to fry on the frying pan in the in the cabin here on the stove and then we're going to put some spices on so I will get on with that and get back to you guys so the bacon is on the frying pan already I'm just going to chop these onions into Woodsman size we will go and team it up with the bacon as you can see over there we have a large operation of water boiling of what not going on and I need my other hand so you guys as you can see we have the tactical Saiga shotgun at the ready that's because we're cooking bacon and here around the bacon Kevin hunting Kevin there is one rule and one rule only that is keep your claws and paws off my bacon or you will die now it's a fun part here and the fun part consists of chopping the pitted olives and these small cucumbers up into tiny bits normally you would actually take the cucumbers large cucumbers and shred them on a cheese grater like thing but I do not have she create a like thing here so I just chop them up so they can have been frying pretty well so let's add some spices no need to be shy with spices we just add a good amount here it's going to be thrown away anyway so you gotta take that woodsman's multi-tool when it comes to cooking which size teaspoon never go wrong with it it's already very hot on this oven here Wow

this is not too bad well here we have our awesome onions with the spice mix and bacon

we will take the olives here now and and then dump them in here we can do like this now I'm going to take the small cucumbers and - exactly the same we are chopping small cucumbers is also why I bought them small because they don't have a grater here a cheese grater what we can call it but that's normally how you would do the soup we are called Sonia honka-honka the word stall means salt so it should of course be a little bit salty and that's where the cucumbers here come in because in Russia anyway there are two types of of paint cucumbers you guys call the people's but pickles are here not just pickles right there are salted cucumbers and then there are marinated cucumbers and marinated ones are the different marinades and salt actually the is very easy to to taste the difference how many cucumbers you would like to have in your so young cat depends on personal preference you can say so use some little bit of lemon fresh lemon in the soup also it connects it tastes quite nice some use fish butter I'm not really a big fan of fish soups to put it mildly some restaurants who make so younger they will just take basically all the different meat products they have leftover and change them into the sole uncle which is fair enough got to use whatever it was you have rice so this will go on the pan as well and then on to the next step what we have here is a mix of the onions bacon spices salted cucumbers and black pitted olives now I should put it in a pot but I'm not really sure I'm gonna do that but anyway gonna pour over a lot of water so it's going to be a little soupy and when the water boils we're going to add some tomato paste then we're going to add some pasta to it let it boil and it's gone and it's awesome to avoid any misunderstandings this mixture you do not necessarily have to support to to fry normally we just add the water straightaway I have the water over there and I will add that now and of course helps well the waters free boiled that should be a cool enough amount of water let me just have to let it boil I'll make it boil and add some tomato paste and then some then some pasta maybe I'll add half of this or something we'll see something if you want to make this dish you find out for your own taste and why it has to be added to either water boiling I don't know this just was my life just agree it's pretty darn hot over this only maybe I will add a little bit of water to this well adding the pasta first I'll let this boil a little bit and then I'll add the pasta and yeah they can be there the last 10 to 15 minutes my business is going to take a little while to boil this pasta or late making this on a pen normal or make it a part of course now I can see I'm actually used about 3/4 of this tomato paste here so how much pasta you put in it also personal preference I think I will add a little bit more of camera because this is what I'm going to eat today and tomorrow basically the food is done so that is how you make sorry Anka in the deep forest some may use sausage and bacon at home I use the bacon and I add chicken breast for example when I make a lot of it so you can basically do what you want so guys please check the links down on the description
