Hadrian's Wall Backpacking Trip | Coast to Coast | Day 2

Description

The latest challenge I planned was the Hadrians wall path running from Carlisle to Newcastle, we added a few extra miles to make it a coast to coast hike. Camping along the way, hiking 90 miles in 5 days was not easy, from what I gather not many do it that fast with full camping packs on so it was a great challenge. An emotional roller coaster as we loose members of the team as we go and make friends as well, check it out!

good morning folks and welcome today to Hadrian's Wall it's a little better than I thought too much for bleak morning bit of rain but we're okay everyone's courtly packing operators currently 22-9 we're hoping to be on our way just after nine o'clock ish but more importantly the trial has claimed its first victim here is no that is it made the decision to air tap out explain what fitness actually fine I'm literally not aching in the slightest little bit but when i got my blisters yesterday because I was limping on my left foot all my white for thousands of miles at the end of the trip was on my right leg so all the tendon in my knee here is really painful and and the basically I've got a wedding to go to on saturday and i could potentially finish but i don't know whether i'm risking further in here and so I'm sort of making the decisions to and call it a day for the trip and come back another day and do it it's a pretty disappointed far better to be safe and story so we're rich is going to run Peter back to Carl oil in the car we're going to wait for ritual will hit it hard again but the rain starts on me I'm waterproof on saying farewell to Peter he's sad

you'll use your imagination welcome to Northumberland butter Stein their legal speed a mate oh my god this la the Gregory's gonna suck the water to do that so yeah I know behave for some kind of ridge line to camp on and then we're assuming this is think ahead of us what I think in the distance it's called there Walter and Craig spends we could cause an iconic scenic spot which I've seen a few people to world camp so that's the plan yeah we just we need to grab some water from one of the streams before we head up though because there's no water source up there so we're currently just the following this little stream side of this path and while they fill up before we start the bit of a trek what's the top of the hell but it should be some nice views in the morning it's due to be and say good weather tomorrow so hopefully not some really nice weather in the morning to wear wake up to famous last words baby
