okay folks it's been an awesome year we've got a crazy man done I'm not even sure how we've accomplished it but here we go it started off in the brecon beacons and where was that crazy for this trip that I didn't even get to record a proper video but it was pretty intense snow sleet freezing cold weather and how you at the point where I couldn't even use my rucksack properly but I've got this little bit of footage don't go penny fan he's februari that's all I'm saying [Music]

Charlie and Peter just desperately trying to keep up with me because I just wanted to get home at this point oh look at that face trying to keep my hot dry under my hood even though it got to the point where weather just permeated all the way through my waterproof I never robbed her on the Caradoc hill with Emily little bit of timeouts there and we were walking in the strongest wind I've ever experienced apart from Brecon Beacons where that was just painful Charlotte here getting his first bushcraft foyer in the morning on out of the embers from the night before that was in April and he was quite proud of this one that was in virtually his first ever fire but he's blown into flame and me there chilling talking about who you can use your elbow 35 as a chair wait to meet Jack McCormick for the first time had a good time in his local woodland and their job trying to do some some fancy-ass Dave Canterbury gained the FOIA getting a bottle off the fire it doesn't go so well wait wait for it no objects no oh God and that was a start of a friendship that will last a long time did a bit burst happy I was my first actual proper ever successful birch tapping I've done it a few times but that was the year that was the one that gave me the most reward yeah and Jackie to her dad's mom shucks base camp he's working on for a little oil haven't actually been back there since put that was back in there back in March and here we are again with Jack after our friendship developed and bloomed and we're at the eighth post for the first time really ought to do it pumps together and they posted a base camp that know me and the rest of the girls use and we spent a good week and reassigned to put some good stuff together and make it more homely and then we decided it'd be a good idea to do a wool blanket overnight up so we had nothing was a money log fire and two thick blankets each we didn't even have a shelter we didn't have a windbreak or a fire reflector it was a pretty chilly night both a very good learning curve all the way here we are the following morning very tired after before him asleep and then shortly after that the jack goes home and Charlie comes and joins me so here's Charlie recording a video about heavy successfully hangul power jackets using the outdoor blackout outdoor method and then Here I am sharon jolla to chop wood in a safe manner do you know so well the first time but we're getting there now we're up in the peak district being Emily did a very long day hiking Emily's longest hike to date and then up mum tour circle round and I think we did about four peaks that day and we sat in the snow EG some bronies under Emily's umbrella pretty dreary weather would be good here we are coming back down a month or hadn't go over to a hill which I can't remember the name and then we drew up to Emily's first overnighter we've been working on it for a while and this year we finally managed to accomplish it took her out to the outpost which was perfect place to do it because it was such a nice comfortable environment so we nailed that and as soon as she done that one she was up for it then and she started to plan around trips which will get to you a little bit later on but before that when the bush craft show majority of the pack all the all the guys we managed to get as many as possible to go to the bushcraft shown which were Cusick journey there they are playing and we had an absolute great time we drugged up on the dance floor and we got everyone up I literally like we got up on the dance floor and everyone just joined us it was fantastic and that is also or unseen footage that hasn't been on the YouTube channel yet and then ruled France mean Emily did a eco year holiday there's a four-day series on that on the channel and in front and we got up to all kinds of outdoor adventures the weather was not the best but we enjoyed it nonetheless we made the most of it we had some grand plans for this holiday but they didn't all come to succession but we had fun nonetheless and here we are zipping over the highest zip wire in the doing now we jump to all's water in the lake district Emily's first backpacking trip she arranged it all herself I did I just helped her along a little bit this was after a first-world camp she decided she want to actually do a travel traveling trip so here we are walking around the entirety of old water lake in the Lake District and that was a beautiful trip good weather Michael adventurer Charlie and Jordan we went over to Wales he did a coastal camp literally just for the night we drove about three hours just this one single not Britt was a beautiful beautiful spot beautiful sunset in rigged up the top we all jumped in that one or shelter had a BBQ few beers perfect mark or venture love that one

and then we drunk the hadrian's wall where I killed off most of my friends accidentally their jollies doing after Peters just gone home shame we didn't all get to finish this one by ourselves as Jordan going home sheraton all get to finish this one bottom but it was good I thoroughly enjoyed it I walked coast to coast managed to finish it with rich but I am I am sad that not everyone else got to finish it with me it's a shame but there we are finishing it at the final coast over the moon but very very tired and then mean Emily go on a canoe trip down the river why I did a feature length film of this one so please do go and check that one out guys an awesome little little film that creative I'm very proud of and within a full day canoe trip down the river why Emily basically went on a mad one this year after she realized she could do while camping so it was all guns blazing from there on it very relaxing trip very relaxing trip nothing too crazy going out around slow pace stay in the camp so it's a nice way to round up a sumac this was rotted into the summer in there in September

we just left the canoe club there and just lapping up the Sun stroll slowly paddling downstream beginning you have to paddle at some point to be honest from Calamity canoeing me Peter and Charlie when I went on a canoeing expedition with Paul clearly and ray Goodwin absolutely fantastic trip learned so much also I have never died like that in my life it was incredibly difficult incredibly hard so adele paddling for my first time ever there the other guys all helped me out telling me along a little bit because it was quite exhausting but we hadn't actually fantastic time and i'd definitely recommend to go on a course with red gordon allport currently i'm certainly going to be doing so i gained at some point here i'm going again the dreaded washing machine it's actually quite easy put her she's a lot of water flow it looks pretty great on video right cannot recommend a trick like this in off I can't be getting proper tuition from experts that you're no interest and you know we're going to do a good job teach what you need to need to know to go on these willna strips safely and then the final trip of the year was just going to none city on bothy for a single annoyed let a lot of cool folks up there and it really just had a laugh and it's quite a funny video so go and check that one out no it's casual stroll to the bothy and then we just enjoyed good company a good warming fire and many laughs were had you can drink your fuzzy else you could buy the flagon for the only proof or the brave and true joy for the brave and true come on deck a dragon so that's 2016 or up top folks it's been an absolutely fantastic year we've crammed so much in and I'm working hard to make sure 2017 is just as good I'd like to say thank you to you all for supporting me throughout 2016 thank you for your great comments I really hope you enjoyed all the short films and vlogs are produced for you all the things been a very successful year and i'm hoping 2017 is going to be even better I've got some great plans in the pipe work so I hope you stay tuned I hope you stay following and until then that's double for Brian signing gate 4 2016 I hope you have a Merry Christmas a Happy New Year and until then thanks for watching and I'll see you again in the new year for a whole load more of adventures catch you then folks [Music]
