hello guys welcome to Saguaro Raja welcome to a very very warm and humid day in the life of survival Russia today we're gonna take a look at the Danish army low-profile shelter for rainy conditions I'm not so sure that this sensor is actually a standard Danish army shelter but we had a Senior Sergeant or whatever was cold in American English for that matter but we had a senior sergeant who was instructing us and he had finished the Ranger School in the States so that's where the Ranger part of all this stuff comes in because maybe he picked it up from there I don't know anyway that's how he told us to do it we brought this etool here with me I seen some Chinese ones and it's absolutely an insult to eat tools to call those ones eTools because they're not they say they'll break in 20-30 minutes maximum this is an original issue tool and you can see us stand there tsimko ninety-four there and these are really good but what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna take a small twinge here and then I'm gonna get back to you as soon as possible it's gonna be hell in this weather here I'm telling you guys this is a horrible horrible day to work in like most days in summer yeah damn it and this is just pure massive with clay and I think we of course have a few box surrounds generally just want my plot and or lay eggs under my skin and I have to work all this otherwise we'll be eaten of in no time it's not good at all so as you should be able to see with a cross bar there sticks across we also have a cross bar down here on the other end this is just for distributing of weight and so on well underneath all this there's a hidden feature that I'll show you in just a minute did I take the whole twins with this tool here no of course not I've used plenty of each oh so I use a small e tool and you can use an almost you alright but I brought it because this 90 degree angle is really nice at holding the soil upwards so if

cheese I'll show you when I cheat that's how I do it here on my channel and you it was all important to get this trench here talk fast it's as fast as possible so we run into a little problem the poncho i don't have a danish army poncho for ever i have a poncho like a military-style poncho but it's not a military-issue poncho and the problem with this one is it only has four crumbs and a nice army poncho had more this is also like 20 centimeters shorter than the danish army poncho so I'm not gonna use it what we're gonna use instead is my British Army posture it's a little bit bigger but doesn't really matter more nylon shoulder the prettiest partial is really really good you

so there we have is very very low-profile shelter we normally make these in a tree line but I'm not gonna work in there today that's for sure all the soil we will throw back into the forest of course and then another thing we will do then was actually to make a small path connecting all the shelters and and the guard posts shields us and so on we would clean them totally from branches and everything that would make noise so we could principally run around in the tree line without making any noise oh we're making very little noise actually well here we have the hidden feature of the shelter the rainwater collection people here we have the next step

pretty self-explanatory we have the water collection pit down there plus the whole surface here I'm not in contact with any water so there's plenty of space for water to collect down there even if you have to stay there for a few days

yeah the pasture here has of course a little bit bigger than the poncho but not that much actually but I think our poncho was 2 meter and 20 long and the poncho I have is like only 1 90 or 180 or something so it's not usable for this it's very often when I'm out in these conditions where it's all a very warm and very cold or so hard conditions they often come to think about all this YouTube survival stuff and there's a lot of good stuff of course but but so many guys are only talking about the equipment equipment equipment the kids their knives and either new survival knife and heedlessness a necklace so few guys was actually covering the aspect of psychological conditioning to be ours or thing like this for example it's summer here so much nice know what time it's almost not nice someone's ultra hot cow this extremely warm and extremely humid and there's a millions of bucks no new survival knife or titanium cup or whatever none of this stuff is gonna prepare you for this or something similar anyway ok love the rain thing but now I could slide my ground pad and so on in then as you hopefully can see cause I'm a little bit down in the ground I have actually quite good space in here I have enough space for rifle and a rock and build wig and everything from the right side here so yeah it's actually pretty awesome shoulder when we made these shoulders in the army we would we would actually not mask them or camouflage them very much they will already be in a tree line like this and this is of course not sniper shields or anything like this it's simply just a method of keeping one two hundred guys hit me in a tree line the best possible as long as the enemy doesn't have any stores and stuff like that but that's a completely different story

I hope you liked the video I hope you liked the shelter I hope you appreciate it ever because this was a really really hardcore video to make have a pretty eaten alive please check the links in the description and subscribe like share and all that good stuff and until next time get out and train get it done and see you next time here Roger
