The Survival Russia Channel is about "The Reality Of Survival". I live on a Homestead in far away Russian wild nature and here are no room for "TV" Survival.

Only Reality counts here. Survival Russia promotes the philosophy of always carrying equipment and never to be parted from equipment which will affect chances of Survival.

So did the old timers and pioneers of both the East and the West.

Get Out and Train and Get it Done!

hello guys and welcome to survival Russia so it's been a while since I've made a Siberian ways video HED so today I want to show you a classic Siberian trap trigger mechanism it's a deadfall trigger mechanism and its really awesome we've been dumped with a hell of a lot of snow the last 12 hours or something we're in the minus 20 seas today but we're not here to talk about cold weather let's take a look at this track mechanism here the trigger mechanism consists of three parts just like the figure-four mechanism as I say I like this a little bit better it's a little bit more stable I have certainly not come invented this threat mechanism here lets me use by a trap us to trap sable but you can of course use it for all sorts of purposes I said it's a deadfall trigger mechanism and is mostly used on locks some of you might have seen this trigger mechanism in movie called happy people just included they shall wait on the deadfall falls on the trigger mechanism and you might think that all it's not so good and but this often also happens with the figure-four right and the enemy you are trying to trap is of course much larger than these flat parts this is about the size you use for sable but you can of course make the trigger mechanism larger to catch snowshoe hare or whatever you want to catch really and the heavier the weight on the dead folder the firm odd stands of course the end should not be sharp it should be a little bit flattened so you take your trigger mechanism here put these two pieces together whoops you have this not part here and the pressure on this part here is what holds the trigger mechanism together so to speak anyway we'll come here and pull the bait and it all falls apart let's see how it works on this piece of fire was here boom then touch with animal starts to take the trade bait here it falls down and crushes the animal of course this piece of firewood here has not really did fall material not that heavy pseudo course behaving so guys I hope you liked this short Diggle Siberian waste video please check the links in this obscure salute description and subsea subscribe and sub like and all that good stuff and until next time get out and train and get it done and see you next time right here winter time Russia thank you very much guys
