hello everybody welcome to Savannah Russia so this video is gonna be about the German in forestry cap because of numerous requests from friends and so and so forth I decided to make a video on this cap here now because yeah I'm on the way out from the hunting cabin and many guys have asked about this cap because I used to skip almost all the time this is a good reproduction of the German m-43 filled boots don't be afraid there are no politics sewn into the shape of this heavier of the cap but it's a really really awesome cap it's in my opinion the best cap for the outdoors you could ever get why as a number of reasons to that first of all it's made from a very some really heavy wool felt 100% wool inside it has like cotton lining our case it is I use it it pulls the warm and the cold weather someone winter it's raining so there might be a little bit of a drops on the lens on the shade here what you call it out here on the brim all around it's stuffed with some kind of fluffy material you can feel it if you do like this and this material actually works so when you sweat a lot lot it would actually be drawn out here and start to drip from the shade that's right I tried this in I think it was 38 plus C that was a really really warm day it's not awesome but they are also really really sturdy yeah I mean this have been used a lot law just like five years old or something one good ideas in the summer to weight it down and I don't know it's because of the wool or whatever it is but when it's really wet and you put it on your head it will keep your head relatively cool this is not too bad a place to stop and get some cold water in the face I said I have to make a video on this calf you make it with me but actually cool your head pretty well but I don't need that now another good thing is that I know for sure that you can actually feel the water in it it's a little slow but it works really well this is the model without the ventilation so to vent holes because it drips relatively slowly is actually also good to fill up and wash your face if you cannot get down to a small creek or something like this the buttons here had questions about the buttons the buttons you can unbutton surprise surprise and you can fold it down over the years I've never really used it for that but the good thing is that on the inside here they actually see what it looks like new almost on the inside you can stitch a small sewing kit or whatever on the inside and it will not fall out if you secure it properly what's really awesome is you can take a small double a flashlight and click with a clip and clip it on here and you'll have a headlamp I could do this a lot lot so it's actually become both sworn and shapes here one good thing about the winter for using it in the winter is of course it keeps your head pretty warm even at minus 20 and 25 I even had repeated people in my videos to come you cannot be that cold and you're only wearing this and you're not covering the ears and both winter and summer one thing is it's really good for using as a hot cloth you can grab items bottle the metal bottles mace kids on the fire and even the stove oven the hump one sink having a user cap for that you can see all gummed up here and so on because it won't melt because it's wool so if you want to get one it's a good idea to get one in wool they're most likely a million other good things about it I've forgotten about but but this should sort of like sum it up in a warm of season also it's a good trade often okay it's a little bit warm on the head but but no mosquito no housefly no nothing will be able to bite through and because it doesn't have any vent holes these small buggers they will not crawl in through the vent holes I actually have another one with Windows I I hot-glued the windows because they crawl in under the cap and start eating you there that's not awesome but yeah that's m-43 filth myths have been used by many many many nations and most likely still in use so yeah guys thank you for your time thank you for watching this little short video on the in forestry the best care for the outdoors in my opinion I will link to a site I'm not affiliated with or any kissing in the just cute in the description that cause CIP military asleep militaria they make good German reproduction stuff actually so thank you for your time thank you for helping out on their survival Russian vehicle and all that good stuff and now I will continue on my way home in the rain so subscribes of share sub like and all that good stuff check the links in the description and until next time get out and swing get it done and see you next time right here in Russia thank you guys
