Only Reality counts here. Survival Russia promotes the philosophy of always carrying equipment and never to be parted from equipment which will affect chances of Survival.

hello guys and welcome to survivor Russia today i want to show you how to make this bottle race of survival tool you

I had so many questions about this tool how to make it and so on so yeah we at the homestead today and we'll be able to hear the cars and the logging trucks on the road that cuts through the wilderness here but it is for this but first of some important announcements here I will most likely not be able to upload any videos within the next 36 days or so because I have to leave the homestead but i have to be back again very soon to take my potatoes so yeah so don't expect any videos within the next five six days or something like this also donations to the paypal account is on hold it's because I'm a foreign on Russia and the paypal accounts need some verification and stuff I'll let you know when when it's off working again on patreon everything is normal so those are things in the description but at any rate let's get on to the bottle razor survival tool I have to consult my monitor down here one good reason to get another camera as well what you need is an aluminium or aluminium profile or any profile but aluminum is by far the easiest to work in how to work with ania exacto knife or exacto blade I think you guys in the US call it and then what we call it a hobby knife habich knew the first thing we have to do is to cut some slits in this profile on this side here that's where the bottle goes in the width of the slits are the width you will get your coat at your ribbons and so this wide slid up here it will produce these kind of ribbons here very strong and the smaller slit down here will produce code is like this so what you do we should take your hex oh and you will cut this lead in this lid on the other side here you don't have to cut really deep just enough for the plate in here to be exposed you can see the plate is sitting here and these two slits here is like a ramp or transition that the bottle ribbons can slide out on if it's just like a straight angle then the bottle simply just gonna stop there so these are I'm smooth transition from the blade onto the aluminium profile by that you consider scrape them off we can use a tiny little file to make the ramps here or the transitions a little bit smoother you can also finish off the easier but it's not really not really important so what you can see hopefully in here that's a piece of an exacto knife or exacto blade sitting there so cause you have to drill a little hole above the slits here you can see this little piece of exacto blade covers both of the slits so you don't have to adjust anything also you can of course put in a whole plate if you want to so you have some extra plate but you just need a small bolt and not Anna washer to hold the except to place here in place with you can screw and unscrew it with the tip of a blade or whatever don't have to have a screwdriver to make this so that's basically how you make it it's really really simple so things to remember with of the slit here where the bottle goes the ball goes in that's the width of ribbon chicken achatz you need to make this transition here relatively smooth it's very very easy it's almost like is does it by itself Indonesia and then exact to play then they can also be this the thinner exacto blade is that it doesn't matter at all than just a bolt washer and I'm not boom and you hold everything in place just tighten the screw family so the blade will not start to bend out under the pressure from the bottle that's it so hope you found it useful and I hope at this little video here will enable you to reproduce this super advanced tool here also check the links in the description because actually have an old block that have started to take up using again on this blog I will update you on the donations project with the camera and the vehicle and so on but there's different links in the description check them out so soft share like and all that stuff and until next time get out and Swain and get it done and see you next time in Russia thank you guys
