hi there Paul currently here just a quick video to talk about this product which is called fire dragon I picked it up from the BC beast all at the outdoor adventure show a little while ago I put it on my shelf at home in the shed and promptly forgot that I had it I saw Italy the day when I was heading out to to run a course and I brought it with me but a bit of downtime now so I thought I'd have a play with this and see how easy it is to light and it does say highly flammable on there it's a liquid fuel that is designed for fire lighting and I believe you can also use it to to heat a mug over and that type of thing so maybe the type of thing that you traditionally use a hex II block for and this is supposedly works very well for that it's also supposedly an eco-friendly products and therefore I'm quite interested to try it supposed to be pretty odd lesson and and not not give off nasty fumes so I'm very interested to try this but primarily the thing I'm going to test today is to see how easy it is to light so I'm gonna try it with sparks I'm gonna try it with matches see how easily it lights and we'll go from there very interested to try it we'll test out this claim about it being highly flammable that's been burning a good three three or four minutes now three minutes three and a half minutes just a little splodge one match lit very quickly and they're still going that's that's a good sign quite impressed with that still going hard to see all right just gone out now that's about four minutes in four minutes plus I still go in actually just a little bit that's four that's pretty impressive best of that little squirts we'll have a go with a fire flash now the fire steel see how easy it be lights with sparks

similar math not particularly scientific but the point here is to see how easily it lights really got a gauge of how long it burns now from the first one let's try this with a spark yep straight away no bother at all good well that second little fire is just petered out they're burnt again for a similar amount of time for five minutes pretty impressive for a small amount of fuel and I've only used about that much out of the bottle so far just a small amount a couple of squirts so the initial and my my initial impression is it's very good and it certainly takes a spark or a flame very easily I'm gonna have a bit of an experiment going forwards now over the coming weeks with lighting different materials with it different levels of dampener see how see how little we can get away with to lighter a good fire compared to say I don't know a bit of birch bark or or hexamine block or something just compare it to how other things do but so far initial impressions are it could be a useful thing to have certainly around camphor for getting a fire going quickly and I guess you could decant a small amount of this into a bottle even just as a bit of an emergency fire lighter my one concern might be just if it leaked you know if you've got it in a container and the container splits or what-have-you so I would I would want to make sure it was in a container that's not going to split and leak on other things but yeah I'm improved I'm impressed with fire dragon so far green and clean gel fuel so it certainly is flammable and it certainly takes a spark and a flame pretty well alright thanks for watching and I will see you on the next video take care bye
