This section is crossed by the famous Pontcysyllte aquaduct, a World Heritage site. there isn't anything really in that we're just gonna watch out the trees we need to look ahead some way the trees or whatever make sure they're on the right part of the river cuz they can maneuver the boat that problem but there's a lot going on for you guys at the moment you're looking ahead to where problems are and then identify the nature you want to be and that will take us round and to Ponte sucker with which is this bridge down here I want to be ahead of you if the aqueduct well we've got a rapid there just quite interesting and then I'll try and get ahead so I'll get some pictures of you guys with the aqueduct above then on down through there is a weird just above it that way is fine you can see the we're way way ahead of you and I can make a decision as to what I would wish to do whether we're paddling it lining it whether it's a very honest where and at this water level I can get really close and make a decision from there we've got then only short distance to this bridge loading up will be interesting but more importantly on this right angle Bend here is a black line running across the river which is aware and I when we get into this area I am going to be so cautious with that where I need to see what's happening there's not a big Eddy at the top of it or anything so I need to be really careful how I approach it it may be that we would pull round on the bank but it's all awkward but that's my job Paul's job Lina's job with the assistance of everyone else

tell us about this wonderful aqueduct array and put back to Thomas tell through the gate and even better I as far as I can remember made it with another engineer called Jessup and Jessa Pease is normally forgotten in this contact incredible stone built pillars but then cast iron sections to carry the the aqueduct across the river and just stunning to paddle across when you you're up on it and what date is gonna be around 1805 this guy who's just doing projects all over the country and originally that yeah from the end of the aqueduct it was meant to go straight on the rat was abandoned the eventually they took the canal up to try Gotham which is why there's an abrupt right angle at the end but just stunning you know you're talking of a World Heritage Site along with the pyramids and everything else is one of the pinnacles of the Industrial Revolution

what's going on right think we're very very very big we're but there was the line ban this right outside to save us a lot of time no danger there's very little water enough to slide but I'm going to come back and stand something from it okay yep understood [Music]

Henry what was your favorite bit of the day probably leading some of the sections uh-huh making a few decisions to myself rather than following them along behind others he's really good getting out in front getting out in front and yeah that was some nice bit going over big Weir's and a few bits of thing whitewater you know good day awesome was your favorite bit right I'm not falling in not falling in no second day in a row no no yes you went in a little bit yesterday not properly just to tell you some of the ways are quite good fun about you Krishna what's your favorite bit today not fooling you not fall again okay you know a slightly race Texan what was your favorite bits they were doing some distance diving in epic I'm having a bloody good play waved at Ponte so how about you Lena was your favorite bit and the surfing and Billy learning to where to go in the boat he's been a good boy he's been a good boy he's learning very fast and we're at the end I think my poor boy had a bit of heart attack he was low in the boat though he sat where he was told so yeah that's it I loved it was brilliantly Billy Billy what was your favorite bit what was your favorite bit what was your favorite

well it's your favorite part pool I think my favorite bit was just as making a journey just the whole thing the fact that we actually covered some distance today that was my favorite element of what we did because everybody was actually making the strokes work without as like yesterday we were working on the strokes and in and out of Eddie's and thinking about the technical stuff was today we were just going on a journey and making it work and that's at the end of day that's what it's for splendid James what was your favorite bit of the breakfast maybe I was quite breakfast yeah definitely have a breakfast or meet mate eggs tuna fillet then contain a full day and not falling in yeah we were that that was quite a long day different pace these are still working just about exercise good a full day's work yeah yeah good to me up with people perfect
