I spend two days on a solo snowshoe hike in Swiss Mountains and visit a old bushcraft camp on a high of about 1600 meter to stay overnight, i was surprise that the old bushcraft chair it still in a good shape after more them two years, i build a shelter, start my campfire in the evening with Flint and Steel and the next morning with my ferro rod and birch bark, for dinner i build with my bare hand a simple cooking grate to have a barbecue.

hi they come to town movies finally we have some fresh snow here in the Swiss mountains and I started today quite early to reach this high of about 1600 meters and enjoy this beautiful winter landscape up here we have about 1 p.m. and what I'm going to do now is looking from old camp of mine and stay overnight and if you like please join me now if we have about 2 p.m. and I reached his old bushcraft camp up here it's a very nice place because right over there's a little creek so we have some fresh water and he is still an old bushcraft chair right in front of the campfire place over here only four or five meters away from the campfire it's quite even so that's the place we are built my set up for tonight so this should be actually enough to have all night up here I choose the direction of the top because of the wind which is coming from over here and if the Vettes will change still the opportunity to take this old East German army top and hang it in front of year to get more protection is actually amazing get paid this bushcraft seat or Bank about two years ago they have tightened together with pine roots to be used only natural materials this Bank is still very stable and comfortable

I built this little and simple cooking gate to have some barbecue up here so I have something to eat something to drink the fire is going my setup for the night is done so I sit here and enjoy the evening

it's about 10 and we required up here at the moment no wind at all and maybe we get a little more snow tomorrow so good night see you guys good morning everybody I did quiet night temperature was about -4 degrees Celsius which was not that cold as you have seen I have all packed that I did have some coffee and bomb a little bit up and then it's time to carry on and enjoy another beautiful day in the Swiss mountains I hope you enjoyed the snowshoe hike and this mean - overnight - in the Swiss mountains you also find some information about you skier and video beneath in the description box thanks for watching ciao ciao
