I head out to my second Bushcraft Camp "Badger's Rest" with my Dad. I split some wood with my axe and knife, got the campfire going with a firesteel and some birch bark and we cooked up some pancakes on the grill. Dad also made a new addition to this camp, watch on to find out what it is...

yes we have some lemon and raisin pancakes here I'm having a bit of a breakfast here at our other brush Park campus and you subscribers you probably don't know where we are but we actually have two locations for camps got my main one which you have seen a lot of recently and then I've got this one we're actually dads help me load to this one and this is called badges rest because we asked you guys to name it for us in a video couple months back now if you go through our video playlist you'll see there's a video where we actually got our subscribers to name the camp and we made a sign for it everything so this is our badges rest camp and I will be using this quite a bit more now because I only have access to the other camp at certain times whereas this one I have access to all the types a family owned this one it's nice to change it up a bit yeah but we've got lemon raisin pancakes yeah we got two we had to put some dad did a good bit of bushcraft over there with a fire didn't you know what's actually pushed well I've never seen it before

no we use that would you call that cooking cradles me a tripod tripod to not just cook the hot water but I thought it started raining it let it stop now wouldn't it wouldn't it but ask me it's been raining fire goes out you know what fires are like if they go out what a pain all the woods where you can't relight it you've got to keep it a certain temperature I just figured green Bracken which is his head and going back yet dry Bracken no forest fire green stuff is but it just keeps the rain off the fines been brilliant it's an absolute treat and I just saw dad walking out so I've got to film you dad do that but there's other things that dad has done to this camp I've been in there on a raiding party he always does this we come to this company or you always come in as some sort of surprise that I've never seen before they've added to it for the new guys you might got two camps one is none deciduous what would you call you've got a pancake so one is coniferous often the it package when it tells you to care okay okay that's just gone forget some more pancakes but yeah the two camps one is coniferous so it's pine trees it's all Scots pine trees which is my main kind of super camp whatever you want to call it this camp is actually there's one Scots pine tree to my right but this is a deciduous forest or a broadleaf forest which means it loses its leaves in the winter

low light if it's a bit grainy for you guys is because I've ramped up the ISO settings on the camera but it's really dark today isn't it it's very very dark it's really dark and because we're because we're under a broad leaf or the trees with all the leaves on it's actually made even more dark where I've strung at the top because often when we come here it's generally rained actually and I always put the tarp up purely as well to keep my camera gear dry because my camera's not waterproof so I want to keep it waterproof so strong that tarp up we do have a little baby tarp over to the left where we've gone from as well these guys have been really impressed with these you know they'd like to take with you out they really like flat what are you guys we know we got like an alien's lot of Americans follow us do you like what blueberry muffins what would you do taking little things you can bake up like this we've put actually what snobbery generally Oh strawberry jam and obviously their lemon and raised in any way but I know you guys the homemade stuff and brick we do do fry ups and cook ups and eggs sausages what sort of main bushcraft eat breakfast meal let us know in the comment section below we've got a couple of cremated ones well Curtis that might work as clays if you have a sheet a clay you could we get George down his farm renowned for burning food guys I think always cremate his food I have no problem eating bacteria and bugs and whatever it's on it as long as they are cooked all these bushcraft guys they have this thing you've got to do it everybody chase I've got a bug-out bag for one of these and that is who is it flowers was pretty it's a bug-out bag who has ever have you ever caught a bug out bag Nyssa everybody goes out the bush I don't him talking about do too they must go everyone go soon or later so I've got a little bag here I didn't say that what have I got in my bug-out bag I've got it's got its got reflective material as well to keep him walking so heat it keeps hating little trowel if you want it obviously you can use one of your army shovels if you are here sooner or later some of you guys out there I can o eat the wrong kind of mushroom and then you're gonna get

Oh No listen don't eat the wrong stinging and will you I cuz it gets worse you don't want out at the top are you sleeping bag do you so I went out in here and made why consider to be a state-of-the-art latrine so guys just roughly you can look up online I guess and find all the army latrines you want you know is because census I found was do not put your latrine upstream of anymore Trina's enjoy lit by the way guys for those the latrine is so you want to be back 200 feet away from it in your stream if you got a stream that you're drinking from obviously sort of kind of common sense and and also at least a hundred feet away from you can cause it contaminates the water well as you want it for other reasons as well because ours is don't forget a permanent camp button yeah and this is what I made [Music]
