Fishing: Catch n Cook in a CAVE & CAVE EXPLORING!

Description

We headed out to a reef to catch some fish using a tiny Pen Fishing Rod. Once we caught some, we found an epic Cave to cook up our catch on the firebox stove! The species of fish we caught are called Pollock, which generally love dense weed beds, reefs and old wrecks. We used artificial weedless lures to catch them. Unfortunately when we got to the deserted beach we realised we had no cooking oil or butter so we fried the fish skin side down. It still tasted amazing!

hello what's your name you can come out now what kid doesn't love cave exploring I just felt the jighead stop is ours property through the water just barely drop Allah Chautala hold it this is nothing this were a real combo car cage please Adama guys we just moved grab the back of this brief different area with the driving a few blocks start with it away was too much you don't want to put a big wrench moving the weight on one of the case okay just on a jig head and that's what we've done please don't bite Lana even over then roaches that knows and he's barely here so full of food unbelievable

flaking apart falling apart carpet our nice breaks apart nice big plate light falling off the skin isn't it and that's the best way of cooking with the skin down first that's really hip out that really oh I'll do that perfect

suppose it could be fresh well us 30 minutes that's pretty fresh in there found in there you look like a bailout if I do I'll grab the Philosopher's help and then you could make a real mixture with all these Linda Jobe it yeah the over the survival kind hello guys welcome to ta outdoors another catch and cook special hello guys welcome to tea outdoors which is another catch and cook special this video we're actually over here in Ireland doing some filming for other YouTube channel ta fishing but I've also got some plans for some bushcraft and we wanted to do this video because it's such a nice day today we've been out in a small boat we've driven around in the bay it's cool we're in a place called cortman sherry we went fishing we use one of these which is it's called a pen rod because if you look is actually like a fountain pen and there is a lid that goes on it so it looks like a pen this is super super cheap they're available I think on Amazon I'll put a link in the description but they're super cheap and they're amazing because they pack down for such a small size they come with a small real as well with line on it but we've changed the line and sorry about the wind it is very windy they extend out to about what a meter I'd say I'd say about a meter and they're super lightweight but they're apt they've actually got loads of power and the fish that we caught and just cooked up it's called a Pollock very good hard fighting fish and very good eating fish it was lovely it was mixed with a freshly good eatin ya ya know how did you cook that you put the skin down first really now skin down first because we didn't come out with any oil might just a teaser yeah they're going you know let's graph Kemp set with you know we can't bring a huge amount of push glass stuff with us because you're gonna do maybe what one maybe one right yeah by does each one who knows but what we've been trying to do is to show people some of the great places use and go it doesn't always have to be bushcraft but it can be like outdoors anywhere hello this is what we've just found Oliva we were driving around the bay in the boat when we've actually found a cave and a few caves and we tried the feed we saw this little beach and the tides going out and we thought it would be perfect to pull the boat up run it up on the beach and cook up the fish that we caught no word of a lie half an hour ago so we're going to go cave exploring guys done with the pen rods we've caught our fish this is the lures oh yes - Lewis don't thought come on yeah artificial knows I'll urge ya so not bait they're rubber loose they've got a weighted head to them a jerk head it's called a jig head this is on an articulating hook so it can move around all over the place which means that gives it more action and it also means you're going to get a better hook card when a fish does fake it

this is also what's called a texas-style hook and that means that it's weedless which means I could tuck the point of the hook in the top of the lure there and I can pull this through the weed and if I brush my hand over there it doesn't get caught by the top of the hook when a fish comes and bites it which it will from behind it pushes that plastic bit down then the hook point pops out like that and then it goes into fish's mouth very effective lures and very good see fishing lures to catching Pollock and then the fish goes into the frying pan but look at this case guide well I'm guessing people this is sort of southwesterly west of Southwest which is a prevailing wind he'll near Atlantic coast it comes straight across from from the states all the wind comes up in the big pounding surf off the Atlantic funnels up here is cut through that get where we got the boat and that's why we've been able to get the boat through like over gets millions of years it's warm through there the sands just they're very very lucky by the way for your boat up there anywhere like that make sure you do put the anchor down in the sand and maybe bury it and only think this will be lying in a sort of Southwest to Northeast direction is cut into the Clinton I bet all the other caves out as well one of the colors in this year this is like I don't know a salt

om fine stone color but there are the cameras doing picking out that color or this is all dripping wet one hopes it's not gonna fall down and it cuts all the way back up in here in fact is a secondary cave a little bit spooky well it goes right up there I don't leak at all the exact but it disappears and huge amount up there here oh dear there's any creature number here oh my god hello what's your name you can come out now if you put the camera over there folks you won't get it without taking off Patronus another it goes back at least the same distances from here to the boat I can't believe that you could actually squeeze through here god it just keeps going and going going that's massive you guys wanna see it on the camera we can see our me nuts that's there 20 meters easy probably and you see the weed the seaweed bushes right up here so that's why we probably officially thought we'd try and catch fish first I then hit this place in low tide which is a safe winds dark we can get the boat into the beach it's a very narrow area and here over two gripping out of it now they've had no rain for a while so again when it comes out of a spring or water I have to say really nice colors had something to see here the Emerald I'm know that what kid doesn't love cave exploring and boats and fishing we've got the whole long - awesome this place has got to be the ultimate survivalist look it comes with its own shower Oh probably farmers run off in the field that looks good to me on a hot day you

you
