hey guys how you doing this William Irish Mass outdoors I've got my son Connor out here and what we're going to be showing you guys today is a new hammock from one tigress pretty nice company you know they contacted me and was like hey you know we seen you did this hammock video would you like to do this when I was look at the hammock I was like yeah go ahead you know I'll do it so this was provided by one tigress for me to check out for review and I've set it up a couple times I like the hammock there are some definite pros there's a couple cons you know you know me and my videos always try to hit the positives and and negative so what we're going to do right now is we're going to go through this we're going to actually teach my son how to put up this hammock because got a surprise for him this is hammock so don't go away all right so how we start to sow tat either you can put just the regular figure eight or some kind of loop in here I just put a bowline knot and just create a loop you know not that hard just loop put your tree hugger on and that just saves one it saves the tree you're not going to be busting up breaking up the bark and it saves your line we're getting to tore up as well put that around this is the part that you're going to have the most trouble that is getting high enough Sun but we'll figure it out you know I think in my personal opinion this would be one of the things that I replace with some more sturdier rope and something a little bit longer because this is all you get this is it so you know you don't have too much of options as far as trees go but I think we're going to be fine with where we're at so get that nice and tight let it hang here in the next tree all right so now what I have just the basic loop around the tree there I'm just feeding it through these lines here and you know this is really good hammock I do like it the bug net way it's setup is pretty nice that being said this is probably the one thing that I would change and it'd be a very simple change the only thing that you'd have to do is have just one ridge line that runs down the middle you can keep these just make them pockets click one pocket in here so all you have to do is you can even make collapsible like small collapsible tent rods whatever you know or sticks and put those sticks in here and then your ridge line is going to keep it up like this because what you have to do now is you have to basically run two lines I got the first one coming up now you want to sleep in there buddy a little teammate yeah you know this hammock takes a little bit of ingenuity sometimes there's the first line you still have to run a second line you know for things like kids and stuff like that this tits another tenth the hammock is pretty much perfect because you know it's going to take some time for them to learn how to set it up but once they do it's not going anywhere

plus you know they don't have the bug net in their face things like that really good thing about this hammock is it does stretch the bug net out you know this in compared to my Hennessy the bug net can kind of drooping your face and stuff like that cuz it's only a single Ridgeline

so if the Hennessey had something like this it would just make it all that much better

again I want to pick up in here if you have trees if you're able to if you have trees on other sides of you that makes it better because it kind of stretches the hammock out we don't have that option here so now I've never seen a hammock with what you described but it does make sense yeah wouldn't it you know so if you had like a mini tent pole that broke down into two pieces so it was or even three pieces you only need a tent pole for the sections like this big something like that yeah and insert them yeah so instead of having it like this see we have two ridge lines and we don't have the trees here to do it the way that you know it would make it spread out so if we ran if it had these loops but it also had a center run of loops that could be our ridge line and that holds the center line up and then have these pockets to where just like this it sticks in the pockets just like that it makes sense you know I'm just hoping that you know the person that for helps these hammocks is washing right now and says hey that is a good idea for worst comes to worst you could just measure a piece of green wood stick and yeah that's what saying just throw sticks in there you know you're done you know good but with this hammock as it is now you can do that but what I was thinking is if you can get get a close-up here let's make a small incision right here alright and that opens up that pocket and then just throw a nice big thing of Gorilla Tape over and that secures the pocket do the same thing and you only need to do it on two of them you know throw some sticks in there now would spread that out just like that see the kind of the purpose of it is for you to have trees to do this we only have this one these two trees right here you know and I don't run into situations where I have four trees all around me all the time so maybe that's not option optimal but still the way it is pretty damn decent hammock I like it I like the pockets that are on the sides here you know my phone can go in there things like that again like I said the storage bag that it comes in you get those things in it you know your external battery things like that cetera pretty nice hammock yep here let me sit in it up I do like the zipper another thing like a design note in my mind you know to make the perfect hammock it's for Vista zip all the way off you know that would be perfect my mom you know changing the top and making this zip all the way off for like daytime stuffs

you make it a camp chair basically just pretty well I like it just stuff away from the line throw quick yeah it's a really comfortable hammock no no zip me up and tuck me in I mean it's really comfortable even though that the bug net is not fully you know stretched out like kind of the design feature is supposed to be I still have plenty of room in this hammock I'm not even sitting diagonally and I'm still laying pretty straight it gets more of a diagonal way plenty of hammock space yeah I dig it this is really nice

alright so you know we discussed the pros and the cons of this hammock and you know just the very minutely line features that I would change on this that it really it doesn't matter that much the way that it is it's perfectly fine I really like this hammock especially for the kids and stuff like that me and Chris are going to be going on more longer excursions I'm going to be packing this hammock with me I'm actually going to leave my Hennessy at home for the very first time ever and I'm going to be packing this hammock alone so we're going to get more testing on it you know I pad it up about four or five times it's been in and out of it you know slept in a couple times very nice hammock the big thing about this hammock is the price point 39.99 for a hammock that has an integrated bug net in it and the quality that it is is unheard of you know that is extremely cheap in my opinion it was great hammock for that price I'm not going to be convinced until you run it through the Joe castle test no because they don't have as well 85 power rot wall or try to get up in it and go through the middle of it our friend Joe had a one of Chris's hammocks and he was out in the woods and he was laying in the hammock in his he had his dog with him and he jumped in a hammock with his claw went through the hammock wish I have been there to see it be honest with you I probably had a good laugh but this is one heck of a hammock and we're going to give it a lot more testing use this is the last time you guys are going to be seeing this but it's going to be in my Amazon store so if you guys go to wwas outdoors LLC com4 slash shop or you can just go to the shop tabs that are there at the homepage go to the Amazon store it helps me out a lot sports media sports
