hey hey guys doing this William Myers Mass outdoors back edge with another video and in today's video we're gonna do something really cool for in camp cooking a nice cook set from esbit and I picked this up from camping survival calm really cool website with just literally thousands and thousands of products for you to scroll through take you all day to go through all the products that they have really good stuff on their website so go check them out because this is from them this is a review item that I got from them so let's go ahead and open this up and see what's inside all right so I like the small compactness of this you know the cook set that I usually use you know I may I make pretty big meals I usually camp with students and other people so I'm making rather big meals to cook for two or three dete for people but if you're by yourself it's cooking pretty small meals this would be perfect you know this will fit in pretty much any kind of a pack situation you got even a hammer sack and this little mesh bag has its uses as well not just the whole just stuff but it could be made to make a lot of different stuff but we'll talk about that later probably so right off the bat you can see that it has you know a lid basically a nice size pot that can also be used just for a drinking container if you really absolutely had to but the pot lid itself is also a pan that has handles on it as well nice rubberized handle so they kind of do stick together a little bit and I like that cuz I'm not flying all over the place just by by wiggling the thing and nice and grippy plus they won't get extremely extremely to hot if the fire does go a little too close to them so little tiny pan that's nice inside the big pot which is a 24 ounce pot which also has the same handles there's another bag inside of it and that is what holds the cook stove and a stand and all kinds of little stuff now when I put this together when I got this everything rattled a little too much for me I don't like a lot of rattling but I quickly solved that just by adding something that you need to put in here anyway it was his steel wool you know you got you have to have steel wool if you're gonna be cooking cleaning even fire a lot of stuff you can do with that so right away this is something that in my opinion if I was gonna carry this and if I do carry this this will probably be left out this is just a simple little stand for the esbit tablets tablets I don't use them so like I said I wanted to keep this in here just for the review but this in my opinion probably would go there could be some other uses for it not necessary in my opinion it comes with a very nice as bit alcohol stove really really nice brass stove its fooled alcohol now and a very nice stand for the alcohol stove you could also just literally burn wooden here too if you really had to okay so who is this for in my opinion you know I carry certain stoves alcohol stoves not very often because usually we have a campfire you know nine times out of 10 we do have a campfire sometimes be honest with you I'm just playing lazy and don't feel like stoking a fire up in the morning I just want to make some coffee maybe a little bit of breakfast that's where alcohol stoves or rocket stoves or anything like that come in handy

also number two is if you're at someplace like we are right now which is private land and nobody wants a fire out here it is what it is you have to respect the landowners etc et-cetera so those are what I would say makes these stoves incredibly convenient for just you know like I said making the mornings coffee or maybe a little bit of breakfast in the morning not only that they are highly packable you don't even know that they're most of time they're not too heavy and this stove right here will burn for roughly about 30 minutes to 45 minutes depending on the fuel that you use right now I have heat in here which is methyl alcohol if you have something like a lab you know a labs certified for getting ethanol which is 100 percent it might burn a little cleaner and a little longer that being said it's very expensive to get a hold of that stuff so let's go ahead and crack this open get some water boiling and see what happens explain what heat is for someone heat is gas line anti freeze but basically all it is is methyl

it's methanol you don't want to drink it trust me you'll go blind possibly die you don't want to inhale the fumes Ferriero you want to if you do this inside like if you're burning in your stove your first burn you want to burn it or you want to fill up your stove all the way to the top and make sure a little bit drips over and then light it and then burn that you know it'll clean out their holes or maybe some debris from the middling processes and things like that Oh clean out those holes make the Jets a little bit more efficient and I would probably do that for 10 15 20 minutes or so but let's go ahead and crack this open and get it lit all right get your bow Joe yeah right on that here's my boo drill actually you know what we forgot before we came out here that the Larry Roberts magic bushcraft buckle yeah I'll have to get that don't let me forget to give it to you yeah yeah get that for me I'll do I don't think it's called the Larry Roberts magic bushcraft buckle but it should be I should be in charge of everybody's marketing yeah sure so the good thing about the lid here I mean it has two lids one that seals it so it doesn't spill in your pack or anything like that then it has a temperature patrol lid which you can you know open up close controlling your flame for the most part let's just leave this thing ripping on see how fast we can pull some water

you know this the stove comes with a little lip that fits right hand that's all I like yeah I like that a lot it's not gonna go anywhere not the stablest place we have right now probably should've done this on the ground but for review purposes we'll make sure it's very visible for you guys this is where will steals my drinking water yeah sorry there's a 64-ounce Camelback bottle I like it I do too the magnetic caps pretty awesome dude probably do a video just on that so I got this about half full the good thing about this as big pot itself it has measurement lines inside so if a certain recipe calls for Oreo sixteen ounces of this or ten ounces of that twelve ounces of that you can get an accurate measurement for your recipes especially with thrive live stuff half a cup 16 ounces of this all right so we're on right now we're gonna set a timer see how long it takes for this water to boil and make some tea great to one all right guys there's a nice close-up of that stove working very nicely we do not have boiling water yet but woof everything is pretty hot so the stoves only been on for a couple minutes now you can see that venturi effect go

they're still everything is getting nice and heated up we don't have boiling water yet I just wanted to show you guys a close-up of the stove running looks like we've not lost any fuel really you can see the fuel level there all right look check back in a couple minutes see if we got some boiling water all right so we're obviously filming on my phone so you can't really see the time so we started this at 5:48 we started at 5:49 spent 10 minutes it's been about 10 minutes and we've already got a nice rolling boil definitely enough to make some teas or medicines or even a nice couple of ramen but very quick and you know just to put this out that's why I like this cutaway here cuz all I have to do is just come in here snuff out the fire wait for the brass to cool while I have my tea or my lunch or whatever I'm doing or brunch another cool thing about the pot itself is it has a little lip on there that will assist you in pouring so you're not pouring this stuff all over the place and obviously you can use the pan as a little cup or stuff like that too so I like this little cook set it's really nice really nice little cook set alright guys well there you go just a very quick video on that as it cooks that I'll really enjoy using that really nice compact very packable you know small little cook set that you could do a lot with and even just the stove and the stand that it comes with can be used on a multitude of different pops pans camp stoves just like that so you know you're gonna get a lot of use out of that so if you are interested in this links are gonna be down below probably send you to campy survival to pick this up right now alright guys well thank you for watching the video if you enjoyed it I appreciate it if you click like down below and subscribe if you already haven't I appreciate all your views comments and support and hopefully we'll see you on the woods

hey guys doing this will you Mars mess outdoors back at you with another video and in today's video dude going to do alright three receiver yeah three two one in even just the the stove and the the stand itself could be used in a multiple three two one three two one alright guys will you guys just a very short video on that as bit cooks that I really like that cooks that very lightweight compatible three two one
