Lonnie takes you on a walk and shows you some of the plants that are his favorite plants to eat for both survival as well as trail snacks. It is said that wild plants in their native habitat are 3-5 times as nutrient dense as garden grown or store bought produce. Of course you need to be sure and positively identify plants before eating.
