there of all you want to say I to be collected wild rice yesterday Dustin and I and along with the wild rice comes all these little worms million of so the worms are

they're no longer gonna have anything to eat because we are separating them out in the wild rice and what are we going to try to do not eat them huh you have enough to taste here huh what do you think does it look good sting them up just so we can taste them are you gonna try something on it as you probably know full of protein we're really healthy I think they're pretty good yeah these are just playing listen have no butter no salt anything so I'll feel workers first [Music]

not to them really by themselves yeah just by itself you actually like these mostly job Dan yeah just dry pan no when you think you know worms okay what if you put him in like butter oh yeah they're crispy so it's a cultural thing all right I mean our ancestors probably ate a lot insects and we have a big fear of them in Western culture but a lot of cultures eat insects all the time and is there anything to be scared up here about living insects they do not want that good
