Incredible Handmade Leather Quiver

Description

A video of appreciation to an amazing artisan. I was so impressed by this handmade leather quiver that I had to make a video showcasing and promoting it. Just me playing in the woods doing target practice. Iliana of MadeOfLeather on Etsy (http://www.etsy.com/shop/MadeOfLeather?ref=search_shop_redirect/) is the craftswoman. I love the idea of purchasing gear from real artisans instead of big corporations, so I was delighted to find Iliana. This will belong to one of my daughters someday, if they take up archery. It's well-made enough to be passed to your children. I also love that she will craft her own tooled designs on it, or faithfully replicate your own designs. To me, "dressing the part" is a way to shift our conscious, and this quiver automatically gets me walking more quietly and opening my awareness. I'll be using it for deer hunting this autumn, for horseback archery practice, and probably wear it at the Renaissance Festival that we're involved with.

For horse people, that's a Shire/Percheron cross named Rajah. I've been training him to respond to seat-only cues and sometimes ride him saddle-less and bridle-less.

beauty and utility these Quivers are handcrafted of vine leather of heirloom quality designed to hold bow arrows and gear this Quivers equally at home in the hunt or at a Renaissance Fair this quiver is designed with two clip-on straps it's easy to put it on and easy to remove it she included an extra d-ring utility clip for a pouch or other gear her Quivers come with a knife attachment along the breast strap I chose to have mine handle down instead of handle up for ease of access here's the quiver from the rear I will show you close-up what it consists of this is the small pouch on the quiver I use it for flint and steel kit spices and a small Knight this rear strap attaches directly to the quiver so you can take the pouch off if you like where I chose a backpack a lot of other people have chosen to have a hatchet attachment this pack can hold plenty of gear and it attaches right here she included a strapping system so that the backpack can be worn separately

I carry a cloak tarp food and sometimes a musical instrument here's the d-ring utility clip and here's that attachment for the two straps that come over your chest

these two straps hold your knife in place I chose to use my K bar and this clip is one of the chest straps up here is the other chest strap she has various leathers to choose from this is the quiver itself very durable leather I can easily hold 16 arrows in here on the right side of the quiver there attachments for rope or any other gear you choose to strap on she uses high quality leather and has great attention to detail

look at that stitching on the left side of the quiver is the bow attachment so you can carry your bow unstrung she takes measurements so that she can make sure that your bow is going to fit most fun of all is getting your own work tool on the leather I chose the Heron of my own design who is the inspiration for my hunting and the Claude Barefoot the symbol of rhe wild University my willingness school she also creates her own beautiful design work if you're thinking of purchasing a quiver or any other leather work check out her store made of leather on etsy.com we'll be supporting a true artisan instead of a corporation and you will be getting a product that you can hand down to your children beautiful work
