here's what we're looking for Buster's the black seeds up on the top a lot of time all we're going to find is the stocks and the top is gone they're still pretty distinctive in the spring we're used to finding them with their green leaves which are delicious but the bulbs are great too and the bulbs are down there all year round so if we follow that stock down see what's underneath that stock is leading right to one of the bulbs and we have a whole bunch of other one coming up get down a little bit and out comes our grant song sit down and there it is ready to be added to soup or stew it's going to be you have all the flavor of its oh it's springtime incarnation it just won't have quite the succulent texture but it sure can change them a bland soup into something grand you
