I often get the question Mike which one is the best Letterman which one would fit me the best well it's pretty simple let's take a look starting from the very beginning it's very important which size you want to carry and which tools you need for example this is my Leatherman skeletal that I've already made a review up if you haven't seen it please take a look and it's in my opinion the bare minimum you have your pliers you have a screwdriver with this exchangeable bit you get from Letterman and you have two spare one right there in the handle which is very neat and comes in very handy you also have a pocket clip which not a lot of Letterman's have and for me very important you have a blade which is accessible from the outside beside this carabiner slash bottle of anything as you can see here that's all of the features from the Leatherman skeletal well good thing about the skeletal it's lightweight also like the carabiner because you can hook it to clothing to a pack whatever however it lacks in tools so one step up would be this one here which is the Leatherman rebar and I've already done a review of this one here well one in my opinion major problem on the rebar is that the blade is not accessible from the outside nor is any trouble on this so you have to open it up and I love this thing right there if exchangeable wire cutters they are often I really love them I would love to see those on any Leatherman tools available in the market and on the inside of the handle you got your several tools like this serrated blade they're all open the screwdriver this one is a fixed screwdriver knowing interchangeable bits but a fixed one which this is really nice I like the machining of it and some other tools like I saw another things but also the blade itself is on the inside and I don't like this blade really I don't this is not the type of play that I would like to see but I did purchase this letterman because of the pliers and the interchangeable wire cutters and because of its weight this one is a slightly heavier than a skeleton but not much but you get an awful lot of tools more than on the skeletal one of the best-selling tools ever from Letterman is the wave and the wave is an outstanding piece of kit you not just have your blade accessible from the outside you also have the serrated blade accessible from the outside you turn it over you have your diamond file / standard file / kind of a hex or tribal blaze right there and last but not least you have your so also accessible from the outside however this thing has no interchangeable wire cutters which is set my opinion really I would love to see them this module with interchangeable wire cutters it would be so awesome and on the inside you have of course your tools and this one has two tools I really like one are the scissor I really like this is if they work well another thing I've used a lot and you can tell by the wear of this fit is the screwdriver

I mean Philips head flat head screwdriver must have in my opinion because I like this tool so much I added the pocket clip which is an accessory you can buy for letterman's not for all of them but for this model those are really nice needlenose pliers they work great I've used it a lot I've prepared a lot of things with a special gift tool here and the weight is a little bit heavier than the rebar of course but I tell you you get so much more value out of this wave than a the river last but not least there is a search the search is the bigger brother of any Leatherman tool not just heavier and beefier mate but also a little bigger so you have a bigger blade that is thicker you have your serrated blade you have interchangeable saw blades which is amazing because if it's more down you just replaced it with a cheapo whatever piece of straw from the tool shop which is nice and also on the outside are really nice heavy duty scissors on the inside you have interchangeable wire cutters look at them amazing

love it but also a very pointy needlenose plier and you can create really hard on this tool I mean this is a full-size player and of course you have several a lot of tools in the handle and you also have one of my most used tools the bit hat all tools are locking on each of those mode but what is the best Letterman out of those well weight-wise I would say a skeletal tool wise I would say wait the rebar is kind of between ways and skeletal weight wise and tool wise I really like is to learn as far as I like it I will put this one aside this is a minimalistic tool so if you have to face just very slightly operation on your multi-tool maybe discover tool would be a pick for you but I put that away also so the search in the way well I said the search is the easy thing this is real tool for real man but so is the wave a little shorter on the tools a little shorter in the dimensions but also shoulder in weight and that brings me because this is really a heavy beast that brings me through wave the wave in my opinion is the overall winner of the letterman's that I have that I own and I would love to see in theatres maybe they interchangeable wire cutters that will be absolutely awesome but for now the wave my go to more fertile in any case except I need something really heavy really bigger than I would go for the search all of them work great I have used it extensively and I really dig Letterman I don't need any other brand I want to have Letterman because I'm just a fan of them they work their customers the board is great everything by the way I put the link in the description box down below so check it out so I hope you enjoy this small little overview of which one would be the best all-around multi-tool from Letterman my personal opinion of course thanks for watching see you next time mic up
