back in the wood afternoon guys Dave Canberra at the Pathfinder school back out here with another video for you out on the Pathfinder school property up on a high oak ridge at this point to shoot this video what I wanted to do today was I wanted to go over a couple things with you I do product reviews of products that I sell I also do product reviews of products that people sell that I'm affiliated with and then I also do some product reviews now and then of just things that I think are good that I'm not necessarily affiliated with it all but I want to show them to you because I think they are a good buy or good purchase for you or they will do you a lot of good or they're bulletproof and good for a self-reliant situation one of the things I want to show you today real quick was I want to show you this survivor stock for the H&R or New England arms single shot 12-gauge it's made by Choate machining tool this Allen sleeve just slides over the top of that to holds five shells but this stock goes on very easily with one bolt through the back it has a thumb screw on the fore end both of these attachments come off very easily and you can thumb screw the four end of it off very easily and it has cavities inside of it that you can store things inside of okay so it makes a very good kit type firearm out of your single shot 12-gauge and like I said that has a thumb screw in so you can get in there very easily if you need to if you put fire-starting implements or a fishing kit or what have you in there the backside of the but also has the same screw type device and basically has a sliding trapdoor to open up into a large compartment the size of the stock at compartment is probably eight inches long and about 4 inches wide five inches wide and you can store anything inside there from kit to spare ammunition to cleaning supplies and things of that nature to help make your shotgun more versatile the other thing I've added to this is I've added this rubber sling to this I bought this off the Internet as well I believe slogan is the name of the company that makes this sling that works as a single sling or backpack style sling it's made out of an ABS rubber type material adjust very easily and works really well they said you should keep that strap pretty much tight to the gun and then when you put it on the advantage of that rubber is it's not going to come off of you when you lean over it doesn't just slide off your shoulder it grips on to you pretty good so I like that then you can just flop it over the top and go backpack style with it if you chose to do that the other thing that I've added to this 12-gauge is a true glow sight and you can see as a low visibility type sight that has a fiber optic line in it that collects light so that you can have a good bright sight and a little light conditions and I'm sure that you can see that site right here and it just snaps onto the front of the barrel it has a v cut into it so that you can snap it onto your barrel so you know you can pick a shotgun up like this for 75 or 80 bucks sometimes less I think the stock portion of this on choke machine and tools website is about 35 or 36 dollars the fore-end is about 15 the strap was about $30 and a site was like $15 so really for the price of what a brand-new gun like this would cost at Walmart which is about a hundred and thirty dollars you can put together a really nice self-reliance type weapon for the woods for hunting for protection for whatever you need it for and if you add the versatility of gun adapters calm to that which is the other thing I wanted to show you in this video then you really have something you can use in a self-reliant situation if ammo becomes scarce and you have to come across an O somewhere or ammo that you find somewhere an abandoned farmhouse what have you and what I've done with him we've done several adapters that I've talked about before on video and the first adapters that he came out with were three-inch adapters in several calibers and they were non rifled they were a smoothbore adapter and they work very well they at least allow you to shoot that ammunition through your gun of different calibers but they because they were smooth board they would tend to keyhole round like 22s and things like that so what I've helped the guy again adapters develop is a pathfinder kit that's set up that you can put on your belt these are three adapters in three very common calibers but they're all three rifled so you have a three-inch rifled nine millimeter adapter you have a three-inch rifled 22-caliber adapter 22 long-rifle adapter and you have a 3-inch rifled 45 long colt 410 shotgun it will shoot either and it is smoothbore if I said that was rifle that was my mistake this is a smoothbore the 45 long colt 410 is a smoothbore the other two are rifled adapters comes with a tool here to use to eject a shell if you want to but they're pretty easy just to turn the adapter over and blow it and it blows right out until they get really foul all of these fit really well into the single-shot 12-gauge if it has a 3-inch chamber a seat right in there and that gives you the versatility in a jet just fine it gives you the versatility now with this firearm of having this single-shot 12-gauge and you could probably store all three of these in this buttstock if you chose to do so but now you know you can shoot a pretty good myriad of ammunition you can shoot 22 long-rifle nine-millimeter 12-gauge 410 or 45 long colt so that gives you a lot of adaptability in this weapon at that point and I think this adapter kit of three adapters sells for about 89.95 I think that's the correct price don't quote me on that but I'm pretty sure it's eighty nine ninety five and the Pathfinder coupon code is still applicable to this set so if you go to their website at gun adapters comm and you type in the coupon code in all-caps pathfinder you'll get ten percent off of your order so that will take a little bit of money off that as well so with that and a single shot 12-gauge setup with the show survival stock that's a pretty bomb-proof self-reliance weapon that you can take for a longer term sustainability situation into the woods so I wanted to go over that with you today I want to show you a couple he's assessed

talk about the price talking about availability talk about what advantages I think they give and show them to you on the gun now of course you could put this on any type H in our single shot it will fit a rifle single shot a shotgun single shot they make them for the other calibers as well I'm pretty sure in 20 gauge in 410 this one happens to be 12-gauge the reason I choose to go 12 gauge over 20 gauge is because I can put a 12-gauge 20 gauge adaptor in here I can't go up but I can always go down so 12 gauge being probably one of the most common calibers in America next to 22 long-rifle 12-gauge is what I choose to go with and I can use sub caliber adapters to go down from there I hope you guys enjoyed this short review of the chose survivor stock the true glow fiber-optic sight the slogan rubber sling and the Pathfinder adapter kit by gun adapters calm for the 12-gauge shotgun I appreciate you guys viewing my videos I appreciate everything you do for me for my family I appreciate everything you do for my school I thank you for viewing my videos I thank you for support i'm david kaynor probably back to another video as soon as I can you
