alright so now I've got a fire on its way I'll go grab those muscles and start cooking them all right so have the muscles in here I'm gonna do there's you have you know my break embers and all that stuff not gonna do that this time all right I just put them right inside the heart of the fire don't rain there oh yeah sizzling I'm throwing them on the embers this time instead of instead of working the embers on top of them and making a big deal out of it all right there are the fire so there they are right there in the heart of the fire inferno right there so shouldn't be long before they start cooking I can already see one of them opened up so they're already on their way right there that's a hot embers fall on top of them I push my fire on top of them just like that

right in the heart of the fire I'm gonna give them a few minutes and cook down I'll get back to you okay here's my plank is the muscles all right those three are completely open this one is looks like it to be partially opened

obviously I want put my hands on it right now it's incredibly hot I don't know if this one's done it wasn't before it will be now and its members right there give me a few seconds okay I'm going to check these out well waiting throw this one back on it to you just to make sure he's good and good alright so

and muscle number four you know they really only took five minutes together if that I just followed the tracks in the sand you know like I was Sam it's really really simple to find them that way and get some nice protein can't beat it you know just throw them in your fire so our nice little snack grab four of them and I could have dropped a dozen of them mmm-hmm that was really good I'd like some couple slight burn areas there were like really full of flavor and crispy mmm mmm mmm up so much new survival previews comme ca sport seen the next one
