hey doing the submission in survival today we're gonna work on building a survival fireplace

stay tuned

now these I need to grab can't pass that up

all right a little bit of a walk to get there up my dirt has arrived at the building site so first thing I need is a flat surface

so I'm trying to create somewhat straight lines and I'm back filling with rocks and here as you can see in between I'm going to fill this with rocks once I'm all done getting the floor plan and I'm going to cover it all with dirt and tamp dirt on there as well if now want to put rocks in there so rocks get some rocks underneath hoping to keep it stable as wedges I'm going to fill it up with rocks fill it up with dirt make it all tight

so is the sidewall started need to do the same thing on the other side of course starting to make some progress the way that I do it is I put two rocks to every one rock as a base to get started because two rocks can hold one rough much easier than just one on one if you can now off of this one sometimes to go the next level you have to put one big rock to create a new flat Pat platform as if it's the ground and then you can do two rocks two rocks and a single Rock again it all depends sometimes you can do two rocks two smaller ones I'll to fill that gap right down there two rocks off of these single rocks saw all four rocks again just like I'm the first course and then I could put two on top of that again we'll see it's like a puzzle but I use dirt to fill in all the cracks and create stability

this isn't me my burn surface in the back that's what my chimney is going to be going up it's on its way need another rock in the back me to gather a whole bunch more rocks so I can start building up my sides and the chimney as well alright so I'm gonna work on this next time I'm here

until then I'm going to put a bunch of dirt in the back so it's just ready for rocks keep all these little rocks together so I can use them to wedge them I don't need the stones so I can make the stone solid
