yes Mitchell native survival today I'm going to show you how to use a wool blanket as a tarp and show you some of its benefits so stick around okay so as you can see slides like any other talk but it has some other benefits that all right so first off it's really easy to string a will blank it up basically all I need is a rock in a corner strung up with two half hitches and going out to your line to new trees now one of the main benefits of a wool talk over nylon is that it actually retains the sun's warmth and radiation whether it be from a fire or from the Sun it absorbs radiation like a battery and slowly releases it you can actually feel the the warmth it's warm to the touch

wool blankets actually a very water resistant and our water will actually beat up and run off of it or sit on top of it for quite a long time before it starts absorbing now I'm going to show you that right now now I'm gonna show you a close-up of this all right waters literally standing will just run right off all right so it's very water resistant it will hold a pocket of water just like nylon for water retention and it's giving another view in the Sun I mean the water is literally sitting in and beads on top of it will just run right off just like nylon now because of that you can also design it to drip in specific locations so you can collect it in your container as usual but also as another benefit 911 does not and that is when it does finally get saturated you can wring it out and collect that water as well and that to me is a huge benefit because you know it's downpours on porn and that's not maybe bad thing you know your your everything's getting soaked you know you're just trying to stay dry stay warm and not only do you collect the runoff you guys to wring out your near shelter making it making it more efficient in the future so now you cares dry and you get to collect a lot at the same time so that's a real big benefit for me and it's still routine it's 80% of its warmth and it's still get a warm up from the Sun so like I said I'm really liking the wool wool talk idea something I've been using lately and thought I'd share that with you guys show you use I'll see how the next one take care
