I do this is mitch with Anita survival school today we're gonna go over a modified hunters file a stay tuned so this is the modified hunters firelight you have two sticks that come in side by side to hold your pot up I like to angle the front almost into an a almost they don't touch just too snug up around my pot to make room for parts of this wood breaking away so there's more wood underneath the pot make sure it's safe I then put another log going into that gap so it's to this way and one this way then I take a fourth piece and late 90 degrees and then I can put my kindling very efficient small sticks on top of logs these small sticks create all the heat that I need to boil my food making a rabbit stew right now just those little sticks because it has the strength of the logs on top of it if I want to cool down my pot all I have to do let's move it back a little on the logs go just right there it is never let go your pot until you're sure it's going to stay there that's going to slow down my cooking you can see so you can see well I have it set up side by side coming closer the other point meeting right in the middle between those two plus three touch all their tips put my kindling right there and I put another log to back those up this log will give more heat and reflective properties to those small sticks that kindling making them much more efficient to hold heat and push heat this way it's efficient and it's simple says two hunters file a it's a great way to cook some food in the woods if we're going to use a pot it's ben mitchell donated survival school we're sure to check out our website in Addis Ababa calm and it's always enjoy the outdoors
