hey its mission in a survival hanging out some friends of mine and what I'm happen to bring some rainbow trout so I'm going to go ahead and cook this the old way stay tuned alright so it's the way that I like to separate the flesh from the ribs stick my thumb right underneath the ribs and go right along there's the ribs right there so this sides done now i'm gonna go ahead and do this side now get back to you and it's go a little bit deeper I keep falling all the way down so I get to the spine eventually the spine separates from the meat I'm going to finish this up and i'll get back to you all right so I'm just finishing up now and then we have it all the bones

in the spine one long strip now I'm left with all meat and the skin on the other side beautiful rainbow trout can't wait to cook it alright so now i'm looking for a route that i can use as a quick portage let's see what you got ok

this should work alright so now I'm going to just pierce the skin in the corner go around the back Pierce it again I just have two little sticks kind of like twigs

can do and I'm going to do one towards the bottom all right next step is slide all this inside a stick that I've split I'm going to put that stick right where the spine used to be I'm going to take that route and just lash it alright so here it is finished so I have a split stick flash with roots is going to be over my fire so I want something natural okay nice have a couple twigs little sticks making a sale out of the fish it's that way when I hanging over the fire it's going to hold it out so it doesn't flap and go straight down from gravity's now that's going to hold it up now the meats going to be spread out I'm going to put this right over my embers on my fire alright so I've got some wintergreen here and go ahead and click some of this like to take a leaf from each plant that way they keep growing something has three leaves I'll take one that's two leaves I won't take any I just rip out this wintergreen and apply this and rub it on you guys close up alright so now I'm going to drop the fish right above my fire i'm going to start cooking i'll get back to you want to start alright so I think we're there so let's see what it looks like all right looks like it came out lovely all right see we got
