its mission is survival so I'm going to shop at some spoon knives stay tuned okay so what I'm going to be using to sharpen my spoon knife is my phone live in DC for star now my knife doesn't need too much sharpening just a touch up so I'm going to forego the medium grit side and go out to the fine grit it's not what I like to do is if you look at the knife it has a bevel right here so I put the stone down and I work to slowly move the knife until that tip of the bevel touches the stun and there's no more shadow just like that so you can see that the knife I hope you can see that the knife isn't touching right now and as I angle it forward right there right there the bevels touching so it's that simple then I just slowly rotate my stun I check off and on a spoon knife and I slowly move the knife this way as I'm sharpening when I the light touch be as accurate as you can well I changed my hand position so I can continue going around now this is what I do for this side stone my right hand knife in my left no it's not the case

when I work on the other side okay suicides done check my edge yeah very first shot nasty now the other side I just do the same thing but I switch ants so now what I'm doing is I have a stone I left hand and the knife am i right the same process I tilt it until that bevels laying flat right to the tip and I rotate this time the knife I just rotate my right hand in a circle put the stones in my right hand the stone rotates yes circle the knife is in my hand and knife rotates its way the muscle memory is the same

now as more knives also have a bevel on the front so all I do is same process just lay that bevel down try to as you guys can see Paul Jess I just lay it down so I can see it's flush right there I just slowly rotate keep checking my bevel alright must be very careful that's crazy excellent alright so this knife is absolutely deadly sharp that's all you have to do is just go around the knife depending on what side one hand you want to use right and then you have the angle in front which I do like so okay so let's the process i use to sharpen a couple of my spoon knife works really well for sure you use your comp you support see in the next one take care
