what within this bottle cooking show I'm your host Mitch we have a fantastic show planned for you tonight so please stay tuned all right so let's mess with you guys serious about this new Pinnock mix is ridiculously delicious all right so what's this mysterious Binaca mix 2.0 pretty simple I just did it all in parts you can either use the gallon jugs or handfuls it's all the same so two parts oats one part pancake mix half part flax half part sugar with the dash of salt real simple you just beat that up in your grinder if you have one and same thing with the flax it's all there is to it so to one half and half with a dash of salt could be easier all right so I've got whole oats using a buttermilk pancake and waffle mix this is the 365 brand which is whole foods brand whole flax seeds and just organic cane sugar all right real simple I'm gonna just use a coffee grinder and this will be one part I'm gonna just make my container of blood somewhat fill it up it's close enough chop it up and that's good enough guess I'm going to put in this bag this is my first part come on go on there let's do it again it's busting them up so it's like powdery and at the same time still has large hollo chunks in it like texture dump that in there alright so there's my two parts something to go to my pancake mix them into one part yeah okay close enough

I'm all set with those next let's flex okay so before I put that flex in says a reminder I've done two parts oats one part pancake mix now I'm going to just do two halves here I'm going to do half of flax half of sugar and a dash of salt okay so I'm going to just fill up half a pot plenty okay I have about half a part in there nice all right Tyler eyes pretty good my half part in there okay last but not least half pot of sugar right there so slowly go about half a part in there add that as well okay yeah of course

- result okay this is what I get see all the multiple layers in there I'm gonna just mix them up all rights this well they got nice heavy bag of but not good and solid and made very quickly and very easily

now now the most important part is when you get them get out in the woods you want to make sure that you add wild edibles my favorite banana is pine by far absolutely love it really really easy you can use tons of different parts of the pine and anything you find out that you know berries anything there's just tons and tons and tons you can make just out of you know different types of edibles that you find whether it be apples or Japanese knotweed whatever the case is so this is a my base that I use then I said a bunch of edibles to it and completely changes with every time I use it could be pine could be raspberry you never know could be a bit right could be not we've all different flavors all delicious so with this you got a lot of meals in here it's really solid 60 year ribs really heavy and gives you a lot of go power because it just burns really slow in your stomach because it's just so heavy so dense I also mention a survival thanks for joining me today for making this bag of venality point appreciate your views your comments esport see the next one take care
