we're taking an old trail that's not even on maps anymore trail we heard of the trail that Malcolm found on the map an old map and some people still use it because we've seen a few footsteps on it it cuts off a ton of time ton of miles and river crossings yep this is a sign of a mop trail to keep seeing branches broken off when the trail gets hard to find you find a branch that just suddenly breaks and 90 degrees and it's hanging find another one tell you tell the trails are marked out here in the middle nowhere somebody still using it has 11 right there that's all I didn't do that yeah they're around there's a bunch of them and I marked as well all the South when we got the bad area so we had a hard time when we found it for a couple branches here's one right here he didn't do it some alch right there's one right there another tree branch broken right the trail old school as more no more right there that's another one right there old school way to my trails all right now just walking in the woods here and the dog and you can barely see the path usually not sometimes we can sometimes we can but people have been kind enough market every once in a while by cleanly breaking branches especially when we get to an area that we're like not sure we'll walk a little bit scout 10 feet a couple different directions in front of us and one of them have two or three sticks broken so we find it like this right here see this so I'm walking what I hope is the trail they're up there of the it's all about the broken branches man someone else mark the trail for us I'm is filling out a trail will just mop the path through the woods this is what it is go to be careful then you go slow and we don't go anywhere further unless we have verification of the trail or a broken branch which would be the trail Monta Ellis

we're gonna keep trucking on see what happens

and we lost the path so going by compass only Malcolm is in the front he studies pointing us southeast

that is most definitely black bald dude that looks like a pawn to me right in front oh my goodness whoo madness through the forest at night time we got off the trail we ran by compass only feels like a trail underneath my feet right here let's see if it leads to the camp oh yeah that we used to cook in sometimes when I stay at black pawn yeah we final water source a while ago and filled up hey I've gotten water from here before because this is uh right below your camp is up the hill correct looks like the main trail oh boy awful nice to find the main trail it's interesting ever since i live and over the Vancouver Island I have a feeling like a cougar could pounce on me at night like this predators loud it's crazy

we are here we made it or at a campsite a black pond we've been to before I haven't slept here before but I have been at the site before six amazing it's awesome your hat is ok let's figure on wouldn't steer you wrong thanks for uh giving me water no when I ran out that's that's what we're all hip which is why I filled your canteens like but they had Vesta and I'm going to make a fire ok I want to make a fire tonight all right I'll help you sounds good yeah this is our camp this this is ground zero yeah black fathers brown boy yeah you made it to do this what we wanted to do last time does ridiculous and then Campea is like insane that was ridiculous oh we just did do we were on top amount all ahead today we climbed all the way down to a campsite next to black pawn we we did what we set out to do last time and denson this is crazy and then some and we bushwhacked in the dark as soon as we guide compass we bushwhack holy crap i love it no direction all about it all right let's not forget torrential rain coming yeah but we're in a place where we know very well so we're good I understand I'm just make sure we make our shelters snug and tight yeah I gotta find a spot myself
