hey Associated survival just hanging out today next to the lake got a nice light drizzle coming down now I'm going to just look around for some muscles that might be in this water I found a couple yesterday so I know they're out here and I figured out gather couple them up for a little a little snack later on and we'll see what we can find alright so one of the things you want to look for whenever you are looking for muscles zigzag patterns look right here see that straight line

that's what I'm talking about here we go this one right there so you can see there's a pattern to the track okay so you can track underwater okay everything leaves an imprint whenever it moves anywhere in the forest doesn't matter okay so there's no one right here so I'm gonna take a look around see if there's any more patterns I'm also gonna check out these patterns and see if there's a muscle waiting for me at the end of one of them see Oh indeed Oh indeed beauty looks like I might have one right here nope just the shell these are really good too beautiful nice little container can make glue in here hide glue pine pitch whatever you want to do definitely be keeping that as well so I got more tracks to check out yep sure enough there's another one beautiful yes feel around tracks there's a couple more here and there yes oh now this one is just just the show uh-huh these guys are leaving me uh booby traps nice

another

so just found three more one more half shelf so I got two containers beautiful just keeping them right here next to this rock right at the edge of the water so I'm ready to eat them I know where they are so right now I have one two three four one really large one and three small mediums well as you can see foraging and a lake bottom is incredibly effective incredibly quick incredibly easy I haven't put more than five minutes into this I have nice little snack waiting for me and I save time while using my eyes and tracking them you know finding the path checking both ends of the path because it could be either way right go start on one end and here or any force out on this end and on the other side all you got to do is just look for the tracks first go about pick them up if you don't get that many doing that for whatever reason then there's always the feeling around your feet while you walk or get down and choose an area like a 3 by 3 cube and you just put your hands in there and just feel for them like that so there's a bunch of different techniques I always just go for the tracking one obviously first because it's you know pretty much guaranteed you're going to find something quickly you'll find something easy so all the way to do is cook them up now so they're gonna wait a little while to do that i'm actually at the lake alone right now and i think my family is going to be joining me in a little while so i think i'll wait for them
