hey it's missionary survival today I'm going to be making a diffusion out of sweet fern go away okay so I got some super on here stuff smells amazing so I'm going to go ahead and collect a bunch of this stuff up so I can make a fresh infusion and I'm also going to take a little extra so I can dry it and that way i can i can make tea well use it for you know for anything medicinal you know further down the line instead of having to run around look for the plant if i get to poison ivy or or anything else that i might need it for I can make tea later on so it's kind of a two-part process and have some tea right now and I'm also going to dry some so i can add some tea later okay so i'm going to take about that much palm full for my sweet fern for infusion put that my water I like to carry plants that I pick my bandanas like this because then I can just roll them up and all the plants are secluded from each other really easy to carry that way and they stay fresh longer to them dry out as quick actually right now I have sweet fern blueberry and Yara on this particular bandana so now I'm going to just take this put it on the fire I'm going to put my other cup right over it so a shin and other debris from the fire does it land in the club alright so that is next my fire I'm going to cover it with my second cup we'll give it about 10 minutes make sure it doesn't boil go on to infuse it I don't want to boil it will get back to okay so it's been about three four minutes something like that let's see how it's doing okay so this is typical it's steaming and that's what I want so I'm boiling the leaves are blanched see how they lost a lot of the color it's exactly what I want because in that way I know that everything is is ending up in the water it's finding its way out of leaves so I want to remove the constituents in the leaves and have them end up in the water so i'm going to close this up usually at this point when it's blanched like that I moved away from the fire and I let us start cooling down ok let's been bitching 80 survival appreciate your views your comments need support and if you like green tea you don't like this stuff that's for sure see you next bit take care
