as we're serious the Bible leeching a corn is incredibly easy I just have mine in a cup in a bandana and you know super simply just fill up with water and the next day you dump that water out it's real brown you know and you just twist the bandana and try to get all of it out of the acorn then you fill it up you keep doing that until it's completely clear now this ain't corn has been I don't know the longest actually ever but I've ever had to do it probably went for a good seven eight days so I think we're pretty much set yesterday was pretty clear I think it's all set to go let's pour it out check it out okay it says the acorn and here's the first day that we're going to change the water you want to help me by doing that with me like this okay inside okay you're gonna help pour in there you got it okay you want to dump this one in where's that button I slingshot there you go good job alright so the water is not yellow anymore it's now white this is the third time I've changing the water on this mismatch

an idea what the water looks like has a grayish white to it yep it's nice too so I'm gonna just fill this up with some more water and keep going until it's clear all right oh yeah let's check it clean itself just a touch white little cloudy that's gonna be good enough let's check this one yeah let's check the Acorn itself it's also a little cloudy it's not bad at all a little bit away all right so I'm gonna try this acorn out got two batches right 1d skin and one just hold just the way it was so one had a whole ton of outdoor all rights a lot of stuff is just to lay it out dry it out

and see the color difference between the two so I'm going to just spread it out let it dry out a little bit this is the side that I left that skin on the meat this is a side that I spent a ton more hours but five hours more of work probably and I took all the skin off the outside of the meat so we're just going to dry it out just spread it out a little bit and I let it let it air-dry turn into flour nice dry flour and I'm going to cook them side by side we'll see if there's a difference in flavor and see if all that extra work was even worth it okay it's Michigan survival thanks for joining me today for this a cornbread leaching process super simple the only thing you have to do now is wait till it's dry which will be by tomorrow and then I need to go out of the woods cook it and compare them and see if all that extra work is truly worth it is the product that much better because if they taste pretty similar if they're both good then there's no point doing all that extra work and that's why I did this experiment two batches simultaneously so I would know if I have to D skin them or not I'll cook them side-by-side and we'll find out have a great day
