its mission 8 survival today we're going to make some autumn olive lemonade stay tuned I'm not trying to crush the seeds already getting a lot of fluid down there a lot of liquid that's good you're breaking up nicely these are all broken up that's more think that will do okay so now that I've smashed up my autumn olive to make my lemonade all I'm going to do is take some of this I'm going to squeeze the juice into my cup see if you can hear that and see it very simple it's all there is to it I'm just squeezing crushed autumn holes alright it's what I ended up with and now the test oh yes mmm Wow

wow I've had autumn all of lemonade before but what did I did it that day was crush it up and and you know try to drink it without getting the stuff in my mouth and all that and it's not the way to go this is the way to go just smash it up and just squeeze the juice this is by far the best lemonade ever ever I mean and I love lemonade I you make lemonade at home and add some maple syrup and stuff to it that's special but uh telling you man mmm that's got to be the best lemonade I've ever had that's 100% natural hundred percent wild one hundred percent local I didn't add sugar or anything like that it's not just a water bunch of sugar and a little bit of lemonade added to it anything like that you know my god couple seeds no big deal can towards the bottom find a few seeds hmm
