that's where I'm going here all down the river you have these spots here look behind me gaps in the the cliff and the high rock and they flood every spring and one they flood every spring and one that water levels are up apparently last year even at this time of year water was up three or four feet higher than it is right now so this is a very low water spring anyway these spots right here are great for wildlife almost every one of them has its full of deer tracks and on one portage yesterday midday forgot wanted it off to look that up anyway there was a huge bear at the portage landing as I approached and he just backed off slowly went back in the bush but it is a mating season for bears right now that big boy like that would be the dominant likely the dominant bear in the area so he wouldn't appreciate any intrusions if you had a that's our female here by anyway triple portage that one too because I've been taking picture so I hated to leave my gear at the at did for Tosh landing but I think a big guy like that it's probably not a camp bear wouldn't associate people with food and likely was just coming down and get a drink or to eat some of these fresh grass that's growing in those these nice flush areas see that's one of the nicest campsites on the trip and it's just about go to the highway sort of a beach there Cobble Beach they're a bunch of many sand beaches there and just off shore is a cabbage weed bed to be great for fishing fishing even its baths and minerals something around there now
