hey guys sean james here from ontario canada I've been fishing since I was about four years old and I've been hunting since I was fifteen and I built my first shelters that I overnighted and in the winter when I was about 12 or 13 years old when I was 21 I built an 8 by 12 log cabin with two bunk beds a wood-fired cook stove and I lived in that for about three months before I had to return to civilization to make some money to pay for and then just used that cabin for you know week or two long trips over the years so for as a base camp for hunting and fishing trips and for exploring the area I have a real passion for the outdoors I spent a lot of time hiking canoeing camping kayaking hunting fishing and anything else I can find to do in the outdoors I always felt that if I could be that self-reliant out in the woods like this if I could take care of myself survive in this kind of situation on my own and I really anything else that life throws up he's pretty simple compared to this I know she got Moose Tracks here should be mature enough to pluck nicely too so we can actually pluck it and roast it on there some stickers another layer so this is the Oh sack that I've been using I have posted a lot of my videos so I use it on all my camping trips and all my canoe trips I tie this to a tree close to ground level so you don't have to do a bear hang you drowned the bugs till I get in the house and wash it all off good stuff though so if you have that in your garden don't kill it bring it inside and add it to your salad or add it to a stir-fry or something eat it up great stuff so this is November the 8th 2013 these are our three Tamworth large black cross pigs do you guys think of the cold weather this morning I like to pull off against the grain of the feathers but you have to be careful so you don't tear the don't tear the skin the rind what that Ryan does on the outsides it prevents bacteria from penetrating into the cheese and spoiling it
