Camp Cooking - Boiled Omelet

Description

well perry peacock with wilderness innovation here with the bow graves and the cameraman Zach peacock 9american got a little tip for you a little something or doing up week games snowshoeing up today and make this little breakfast here we're going to do boil in a bag omelettes and what you do is take a ziplock baggie and crack it however many eggs I like three and you just takes some grated cheese unless you don't like cheese put that in there close chopping up some Canadian bacon hear you dumped all that in there you can do some seasoning some salt pepper if you want you can take the flavor packet out of a ramen ramen bag or whatever and add some flavor like that what you want to do is you just scramble the egg up in the bag sometimes it's helpful to like to fit the flag just a little bit we have a little less air in there but just mix it up then we just take them as you have a bunch of people take a magic marker with initial on it or something so you know what you doing now here's bose make it up is down here we're gonna these are kind of some cheap generic Ziploc bags so we're going to double bag these but if i use the brand name i usually just get the heavy duty one quart bags and i just i don't double bagging so here we go like that then we just drop it in on a pot of boiling water nice thing about this you really don't have any dishes to do anything like that when you're done you just put them in there till till they're done and you're good to go so we'll let them cook a little bit then we'll get back to you run these are one on the back omelets what we like to do is after they've cooked a little bit and they start firming up we like to take and let a little air out of the bag and then kind of Reese cram them up a little bit and then drop them back in the water for the final bit of cooking and they're good to go alright so the boiling bag omelets are done we pulled it off the stove here and open up the ziplock baggies here and we're ready to roll ready to eat be some good stuff here now you can eat this out of the bag with a fork or sometimes they've even done it you just open the bag and squeeze it out of the bag and that works good too but anyway give it a taste like let's see how good it is right got some good eats there we go good stuff folks try it out boil in a bag on look easy to make while you're up camping wilderness innovation there's Bo finishing his off to got to get him in there wilderness innovation over it out
