very peacock tail with wilderness innovation just showing you the quickie little deal of setting up the tripod out of the cooking sticks using the group kit and tonight I'm going to use the all-aluminum set just to show you that then we'll do some cooking on it once i get done here each group kit comes with a along which is 18 inches a medium which is 12 and a small set which is eight these what i use a lot of touches on a on a hike on a trail so i do today is just show you what you can do just with the standard group kit so so if we look at these cooking sticks you have one one of the pair that has an offset I in it and the other one has a angled you on the end of it and so that makes a set they just hook together like this and they're designed so that they give you the tripod affect the three for a platform if you use and stones or whatever cook and flat put the two of these guys together that would fall down a little bit and then anyway I like to get those two guys close together here okay anyway slide that o-ring up here the ways just just to where it starts around the band is plenty good okay now each set of each kit cooking set kit comes with a set of couplings for each of your cook and sticks so I'm going to do is I'm going to put insert a short set into that 18 inch long set okay and then the last thing I'm going to do here I'm going to take the two mediums I'm going to hook those two together okay so that works really well like that so that's how you that's how you put this kit together now the other thing that's in the kid is a chain so just a tiny light little chain it's plenty good for you know anything you're going to be hanging up there we've made a little custom we made a little custom hook so you can see that made a custom little hook that's crimped onto the end of the chain and the dot this is bent around the diameter that will fit we're just going to go between you do whatever you want but I'm just going to go between two of those sticks right there so now see that will hang right there and then we have a we have another hook right here it's getting dark hope you can see it this hook right here I'll show you both edges has a small unclosed I that could hook in your chain and it has a big a u-shape hook which will accommodate any of your bail hooks on your pots it will also accommodate the big handle on a zebra pots so any of the 16 centimeter the 14 the 12 the 10 any of those will fit in here and now we can just put that into there and now we can hang our pot week adjust the height so here I am hanging on my tripod here over the fire I got about a quart and a half of water in here because I want to heat up some water first of all for some drink and various things then i'm going to go ahead and cook me a stew up and enjoy my little evening here so this works very nice so this is this is one set this is one set of campfire cooking six the group set I'll put together to form a tripod so I don't suppose you can hardly even see me right now but this is Perry
