wilderness innovation real survival kits survival shelter simplifying survival at wilderness innovation calm perry peacock with the wilderness quick tip for you now besides carrying the water bladder a camelbak type system or whatever my pack a lot of times I like to carry a water bottle like this on me and sometimes I just carry a bottle like this with maybe another 30 to answer in my pack or whatever but I don't know one thing that's helpful is I like to take some paracord and some cord locks and put a little loop around the neck of my bottle between the lid and the bottle itself and then make a loop and put it through a carabiner and that way if I take a drink and I happen to drop the bottle which I've done several times before this thing could go all the way down the mountain here even right here I don't know if I'd find this bottle if I'd if it slide all the way down into there so it kind of safeguards your your water a little lanyard a little safety cord I like to use them i use them on my pocket knives especially in the wintertime so i don't lose them in the snow if i happen to drop or something like that so lanyards and in this case a water bottle lanyard now that can be helpful to help keep you from losing things and will you get some steep terrain like this so this perry peacock with your wilderness quick tip
