hey this is Perry peacock with wilderness innovation and I am so excited to be introducing to you ultralight poncho line now we've we've had ultralight Poncho's on the website for a while but we've expanded it and we're adding a lot to that line we're separating out in its own little section now and all of these Poncho's are able to be everything all of our other Poncho's have always been able to be here's a couple of new guys we got here these are both extra super ultra light I don't know what you call them so 1 point 1 ounce 20 so it's 20 10 year yarn that the fabrics made out of we've got a bunch of it's 1.1 30s and we're gonna go ahead and add the 30 designations thing tell them apart but they're part of our ultra light but these guys right here this one right here comes in with snaps at 7.8 ounces this one comes in at 8.1 ounces the snaps on these are plastic snaps a really high straight top-quality snap but they're plastic to keep the weight down we've had these for a while this is our super UL so this is nylon 6.6 very top-notch premium sil nylon ponchos we have these in coyote charcoal and dark olive these things are awesome even though they're ultralight people can use them as a hammock up into the 250 pound range or so maybe even more I don't know but at least that far we know that these things will do everything all the others will do they're just super super light and a lighter and lighter with these things there is a little bit in the way of restrictions we've been using this little deal this thing weighs seven point eight ounces super light super light and we've been using this as a hammock up to about a hundred and eighty pounds so far and has worked really well we've even put the we have a new version of we we put the small torso beast the t beast in in with this one sleeping in it at night that works really well so that's a nice nice deal this thing is geared to be low weight these have tie out tabs on them so you can make them into a tarp you can use it as a poncho you can use it as a hammock so it does have all the functionality those snaps will save an ounce of weight in the poncho all right so let me roll this thing up for you this thing is so light you almost can't feel it SIL Paulie 1.1 20 fabric C so it just comes right over the bill of the cap we can snap our snaps up here very easily just a tad bit narrower than our normal fabrics but still say I still get pretty good arm coverage with it so Paulie we don't have water absorbing of any kind in this thing still have all the timeout tabs twelve tie out tabs around the edges for putting it up as a tarp or some kind of shelter [Music]

a cat's diet does the trick for sheltering silk ollie all right here's the unboxing of the Marv pet super super ultra light poncho in our PSS series still is capable of making a tarp a poncho or a hammock I'm out here today in my new ultralight 8x IX this poncho could be a poncho a hammock a tarp all the same things our other Poncho's can be it's just really light there new series of ultralight Poncho's we're giving them their own little we're giving them their own little section on the webpage so they're not buried in to all the other punch dos go check them out if you want something really light we've got SIL Paulie and SIL nylon available for you I love using our gear now they're got this poncho on keeping me dry in the rain that's come up here check out all our gear wilderness innovation dot-com it's great stuff I use it myself I'm out here in the weather like I always am I'm out every week out camping checking things out I'm using the very same gear that we sell on our website you can be sure that it works like it's supposed to we've got the same cord tube in this is all of our other punch oh so you can string the cord down through here to set this thing up as a hammock right so here we are super super light 8.1 ounces for this bad boy right here so here's the snaps that we got on there really nice little snaps and they're just right for this really super light fabric so here in southern Utah dad was kind enough to let me be the guinea pig for his new 8 x IX sill poly fabric hammock it's super lightweight about 8 ounces and I'm the lightest to the bunch here so I guess I get to try it out gotta be good to be the guinea pig notice how gingerly he gets in how does it feel

so one thing about the steel poly is there's it's not going to stretch as much as your nylon one so I don't know if it's going to feel kind of weird like it conforming to your body yeah and at 8 ounces why not carry it that's right how about what you think about what you saw how small it was packed it was light small yep we still have all the tight tabs on it for a tarp views I think it's a winner and we do have snaps on it these are plastic snaps though as we're trying we're really trying to hold the weight down so our accessories are not going to snap directly to that but in this instance you're looking minimal weight well that's good i I kind of have fat on my break on you so I thought well why not let you try it if you here my son so what could go wrong so far you're okay alright

excellent X right there on there uh-huh crease of it but then my head sitting on the hammock but then it comes down to like right below my butt yeah especially because I'm excited to try the full size beast in the winter time so I think that is going to be awesome but that one I've never used that one in a in a hammock set up yet so I don't know so you're liking it right there so see so like so like oh yeah because that way your head can lay down a little further down your leg so now your head can kind of lay back so feel good just have a little something the way yeah cuz that's a tight spot in the hammock ray you
