hi guys so I'm doing a bit filming today and there's been a lot of windfall over the Christmas period in this area and there's a lot of pine needles down the ground so I thought I'd take this opportunity to show you how I make my own version and peniel tea so all I want to do it's just chopped knees a little bit it's let's all that pioneer flavor out and I'm just arranging it so with all the brown shoes of the brown of the pine needle or the majority of them anyway that are in the same directions could cut them off can pull them off what cutting them it's a lot easier just like that then all of those collect in the it doesn't really matter too much just makes it a little bit tired yet and then what I'm going to do just put all of them not to finally down the mop

and pop them and then pop them straight in the cabin once they are in the cattle I'm just going to steep them in the hot water

sorry run a cold water just while I went from the fire to get kind of hot to get it going what's my fires going suitably I've left them to steep for a couple of minutes I'm just going to boil a water with the pine needles inside so my tea is foiled it's got a slight green color to it the last thing to do obviously pour it into my cup brew to enjoy some of those needles going to come out into the tea itself but not too worried about that I can just kind of pick them out to drink it I'll just continue to flavor it that's all there is to making it by loyalty it's really really nice it's a bit too hot for me to drink just yet and it's very very good for you as well Pioneer tea contains quite a lot of vitamin C it's got medicinal properties so it's an expectorant so you've gotta and mucousy chested chesty cough it will help to remove some of that and there's a few other vitamins and things in there as well which I can't quite remember but I'll make sure I put them in the description for you what the main think about the penalty is when it's cooled down

it tastes really good it's quite bitter but I quite like that so some people I've seen some people putting a bit of bit of sugar in with their tea there's nothing wrong with that it's quite nice for the tiny bit of sugar in it and which really good really really good for you and as always something warm on a cold windy day like today it's great to get in you so there you go really used to find we used to make different pine trees have different flavours to them experiment with them enjoy
