okay guys got another not for you today and today what I'm going to be showing Cobra weave the Cobra weave Cobra weave is mostly a decorative not okay but it does have a few practical uses so you can use in crafting so you can that belts and bracelets and things out of it and it can also be used to store quite long lengths of power cord for long lots of time without getting tangled stuff especially if they're gonna be tucked in a bag okay I tell not to use it for that because it is a bit difficult to untie it quickly but you know it can be used for that so what I've got here to start with is I've started with a loop hell I'm filming there's a train going by just wait back to go past so you can hear so I've started with a loop here so I'm gonna be making something that's roughly the size of bracelet I've not put it off because I don't actually need another paracord bracelet I've got loads of them so I'm going to start by working at this end of my loop so i want my cord my working piece of cord underneath that loop okay so i've got one end on my left eye one end on my right so for this week i'm going to start my right hand side so with my right hand piece of cord i'm going to bring that over the top of my loop then looked at my left hand piece of cord bring it over the top of the right hand piece but then underneath the loop itself just like so and then that has to come up through this loop here and that will pull it all tight then you can see now hopefully so what I've got now is this let's pause tight like so then I need to repeat that process but in the opposite direction so I take my left hand piece of cord bring it over the top of my central loop to make that little D little bit easy to show you on this one because it's a start to pull tight now then I bring my right hand piece over the top of my left hand piece but to under my central piece of cord and bring all of that up through that little loop i've made that i've moved the whole thing and then pull that tight and as you can see that we've is now starting to form so i'll just go through it a couple more times so switch time you want to switch sides so you get that nice paddling loop so i'm gonna take my right hand piece of cord bring it over the top of my central piece with my left hand piece over the top of that bit under the whole sort of men central piece and pull tight Pete partner make a loop over the top back through likes pulling the wrong piece of cord and just keep repeating that pattern remembering each time that you need to be swapping sighs if you don't swap sides you won't get this nice v-shape in the middle so I'll just finish this one I'm not going to take it all the way as I said this is just a demonstration from there you go so that's that not finished and then once you've got that right it will be finished it will like this it's finished stage then what you need to do i'm not going to do it on this one because it would mean cutting up all this cord i don't really need to and what you need to do is get some like a knitting needle or something like that seal off the edges of these chord with just a normal lighter and you can either just cut them really close here and seal them off or you can take the long piece and actually we're using a little needle or something similar run that up to seal it off at the end and then run it up through the center of this and then it's really nice neat neatly finish one okay so now a lot of places will show to show you show you that you need to use a special tool finishing off these paracord bracelets and things you don't need them something like a knitting needle will work just as well okay any smooth or cylindrical slightly pointed piece of metal will do the job or even a wooden one would work maybe when I craft yourself one so yeah that's the Cobra weave as always drop me a subscriber like or any comments and thank you for watching

you
