some turtles this is Creek with black outdoors I'm gonna do a quick tutorial and close-up of actually taking the filter apart showing you the actual water filter and how to clean it in the field and like I said before there's no tools necessary and we're going to link this video to the review of already done on this MSR mini Works water photo beyond is in the description so to take the filter apart this is just a screw top there tool necessary unscrew the clean cap this is what keeps the outflow clean this cap this is the filter coming through here and I'll take the filter out I'm gonna push on this from the bottom and it's gonna come out from the top and the first time you do it it might be it might be a little difficult but it will come out with some force you're not going to break it and this is the ceramic cook the ceramic filter oh ring here and a little scrub he comes with it

this little green patch comes with it that to help you scrape the core or the filter when it gets dirty you can just dump a little bit of water on it depending how much dirt you get on it you know you can just take a little bit of water you know if it's not wet already

you can just take this and go with go lengthwise with it you can press too hard and scratch the filter so be mindful the first time you clean it just to gauge how much pressure you can put on it you don't want to scratch it too much and that's all there is to it just put it back in the same way you took it out sure it has a nice seal the o-ring sealed it's important screw back in the whole way you'll feel when it needs to stop ready to go this is Crick signing out with black outdoors thanks for stopping by
