Mora Companion | Bushcraft Knife | Field Review

Description

A quick review of the Mora Companion MG (Military Green) knife. An update to the Mora Clipper, the Mora Companion MG is has a bigger handle and a wider blade than the Mora Classic 1. Also updated is the belt loop, which on the Mora Companion MG is actually an adequate belt clip that can be attached to the straps of a molle pack or on your side on your belt. The Mora Comanion MG is more than adequate as a camping, hiking, backpacking or bushcrafting knife, although it is limited to only batoning smaller sticks.

good day Turtles this is Crick with black outdoors and today I'm gonna be doing a review on this military knife by Mora comes in this olive green plastic sheath and more has definitely stepped the game off game up on the sheath this comes with the clips over the belt really effective I use it overall weight with the sheath and the knife 3.9 ounces knife alone 2.7 ounces overall length of the knife from tip to bottom handles about eight and a half inches this this knife features a foreign foreign CH blade cutting blade high carbon steel 3/4 tang scan Danny Scandinavian grind with a single bevel this handle here is black rubber this the olive green that I'm scratch on my fingers I know if you're hearing on the camera that's a hard plastic it's really comfortable knife in my hand and this retails at $19.99 and I'll get a close-up of me doing some cuts with it and tell you why I really like the knife the knife is kept in the sheath by friction really cool the thickness of this blade is actually the same as the more classic one 3/32 of an inch and I'm going to be honest I'm never going to say there's a bad more that I'm never going to not recommend a more for the quality the price you can't beat it I mean honestly it's been reviewed more knives are very popular now for bushcraft and camping backpacking everything in the States and just as Moore has always done these come razor-sharp from the factory and compared to the more classic one I've done a review one this fits bigger in my hand a little bit of the handle coming out which I like if I really want to you know get get into a cut this feels a little bit you know sturdier in my hand and like all mores three-quarter tangs so you can baton with it but you know I wouldn't recommend doing much yeah so this is Creek with black outdoors stay safe on turtle
