sup Turtles creek here with blackout outdoors and today I'm going to be doing review on the lafuma x 9 50 Pro synthetic 30 degree mummy sleeping bag the bag retails for 119 dollars 95 cents and all the specs are beautifully laid out on this compression stuff sack included with the bag so it makes it much easier for me to give the specs the bag weighs two pounds two ounces packs down to 14 inches by 6 inches it is main to bowl with another lafuma bag this is a right zip so a left zip bag would work top of the bag is a polymide 40d ripstop bottom surface the polyester 40d ripstop the dimensions of the bag 32 inches by 83 inches and like I said before it's a synthetic 30 degree sleeping bag the bag comes in this pretty elaborate twin lace compression stuff sack and get it out of the sack now and show you some more of the features and like i said the bag is 30 degrees ready to 30 degrees Fahrenheit I personally would not use this bag in that temperature I have a 600 filled down bag that i use in colder colder weather but this lafuma for being a light summer bag and more mild temperatures i'd say probably 40 degrees would be my lowest limit I take the bag out it's a right hand zip bag like I said before

is a two way zipper as I mentioned meaning you can unzip from the bottom in theory so if I wanted to provide a little extra ventilation if I was heating up in the bag I can still leave part of it zip from the bottom of the bag like most sleeping bags there's these two hanging loops for storage at home running down the length of the zipper

is this draft tube to help stop drafts coming in at night where the zipper meets around the chest and chin is this baffled collar that runs the entire inside of the bag which is also sensible with this toggle and where the collar meets on the other side of the bag there's velcro so you can close a shot and really get a draft proof I guess you know interior to the bag the bag also has a sensible hood see if I can show it the hood over my head and over here there's another toggle with the cord you can see it pulling down closer tighter on me which you can adjust to your liking depending on the temperature of the night

I can take a nap right here like I said this is a synthetic 30 degree bag um I use it like i said in more milder temperatures and I spent I spent a hitch working in the Grand Canyon that the temperatures and humidity were so unbearable that I wish I would have taken this bag instead I chose to take my down bag not knowing what the canyon was going to throw at me but the temperatures and humidity were so high could not sleep comfortably inside my down bag and I really wish I took this bag instead but I didn't and because it is synthetic it's really tailored for a more moisture prone environment as opposed to a Down which are more suited for arid climates and not moisture so I'll use this more in the east coast which I am now in Pennsylvania as opposed to my Kelly down bag overall it's been a great bag for me and this is the lafuma x 950 pro 30 degree synthetic mummy sleeping bag this is creek signing out with black outdoors stay safe turtles you
