what is up Turtles Creek here with blackout outdoors and today we're going to be continuing the clip or later exposure test so rope it mountain camp and this is where we're keeping the lighter just so we can keep a closer eye on it and the reason we're doing this you know exposure test series because one it's fun to do and it's interesting you see how these disposable lighters weather out in the elements and we all know how important fire is if you see the movie quest for fire you know exactly what I'm talking about but let's pan down to leaf litter and check on the later oops well there she is there's a date so it's a little bit over a month because I believe today is October 11th

but let's pull it up off the ground and take a closer look at it it was pretty much covered by leaf litter because now it's fall and the leaves are coming down you can see the date the permanent marker doesn't really show any signs of weathering now let's just flick it and see if it lights up first and then we'll take a closer look if any rust started try to block the wind it's cold too I can feel my hands first flick a movie magic right there it's a smaller flame like I said it's cold but yeah working well so as I'm looking at this metal collar I'm not seeing any rust or anything yet which I don't expect - like I said it's been only a little over a month

that comes out pretty easy yeah I don't see any signs of weathering so far so you can see the lighter is now laying on top with leaf litter and I'm not going to recover it I'll let the leaves come down the next month and we'll see how buried it gets again and I didn't expect to see any weathering on it only after a month so in about a month's time we'll check back in on and see how it's doing so as always thank you for your support it really means a lot to my brother and I and our patrons as well on patreon thank you until the next video this is Craig and Stoney peace out Turtles
